通信网络GIS的设计与实现

【摘要】 地理信息系统(GIS,Geographic Information System)是处理地理信息的系统。借助于GIS,我们能够方便地实现信息地图化和数据可视化。自20世纪90年代以来,GIS的应用得到迅猛发展,已经普及到土地管理、城市交通运输、邮电通信等诸多领域。随着通信技术的发展,对通信网络资源的管理提出了更高的要求。如何解决通信网络资源的查询难、管理难和维护难的问题成为当前的热点问题。通信网络管理复杂度的增加以及对自动化管理的迫切要求需要先进的网络管理方法,以便对不同类型的网络、设备和业务进行有效的管理。论文首先介绍了课题研究背景和GIS的发展现状,并从实际问题出发,结合具体要求,将通信网络设备线路资源与GIS结合起来。接着对通信网络GIS的系统进行分析,同时研究实现了USB Key身份认证技术在系统中的应用,进而完成系统功能的详细设计实现,使其系统功能齐全,使用方便。比如,在本论文系统中的区域快速移动功能实现,可使用户浏览时更加方便快捷;而通信设备线路维护和更新功能,可以帮助维护人员对通信设备进行即时的管理和维护;通信设备节能功能则可以帮助企业降低通信设备使用能耗,减少能源浪费。最后,对全文的工作进行了总结,指出了系统的一些不足之处,并对GIS技术的发展趋势进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Geographic Information System (GIS, Geographic Information System) is dealing with geographical information systems. By GIS we can implement information management on maps and data visualization conveniently。Since the 1990s, GIS application by the rapid development has spread to land management, urban transport, posts and telecommunications, and many other areas.With the development of communication technique , advanced requirement is presented on communications network resources management。How to solve the communication network resources for the difficult, difficult to manage and maintain the difficult issue of the current hot issue。Managing complex communications networks and the increase in the number of automated management needs an urgent need for advanced network management methods, so that different types of network equipment and services for effective management。First of all papers on the research background and the development of GIS, and proceed from the practical problems, with specific requirements, will line telecommunications network equipment resources and GIS combined。Then, the communications network of GIS systems analysis and research to achieve a USB Key authentication technology in the system of application, thereby completing the detailed design of system to achieve its system fully functional, easy to use。For example, in this paper system in the region to achieve rapid mobility features, will enable users to be more convenient; the lines of communications equipment to maintain and update, can help protect officers on the real-time communications equipment management and maintenance; the communications equipment energy-saving features can help companies reduce energy use communications equipment, reduce energy waste。Finally, the full text of a summary of the work that the system of some deficiencies, and GIS technology to the development trend of the future.
