【摘要】 人的本质和最终需要是自由,休闲是实现自由的重要方式之一。休闲可以提高人的生活质量和生命质量,休闲消费是测度人民生活质量的重要指标之一。发展休闲产业已经成为国际化的趋势。发展休闲产业对于带动相关产业发展、促进就业、提升人民生活质量,推进经济社会发展以及生态建设和改善具有重要作用。从我国现阶段的社会实际来看,发展休闲产业已经具备了一定的客观条件。本论文以汉中休闲产业为研究主体,运用调查研究,定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,阐述了产业经济学、消费经济学、公共经济学、现代休闲学等学科理论对休闲产业的指导,比较分析和综合研究了国内外休闲产业的发展状况及其发展策略,对汉中休闲产业的发展现状进行了总结,并从休闲产业的经济社会发展、资源环境和制度建设等方面分析了汉中发展休闲产业的影响因素,为汉中休闲产业的发展策略研究奠定基础。对于汉中休闲产业的发展策略选择,运用SWOT分析方法分析了汉中休闲产业的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并以此确立汉中休闲产业的开拓型发展定位,初步建立了策略的决策模型,在此基础上结合休闲产业发展的影响因素,提出了汉中休闲产业宏观、中观、微观三个层面的发展策略,即从产业发展理念、政府职能转变,产业统一规划、优惠导向政策,提升休闲附加值、加大宣传力度、增强项目差异化等具体方面来发展汉中休闲产业。本文旨在汉中发挥自身休闲资源优势,促进休闲产业科学发展,带动陕南实现突破发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human’s essence and final need are to be free. Leisure is one of the important ways to realizing freedom. The leisure may improve human’s living quality and life quality, the leisure expense is one of the important indexes that estimate people’s living quality. Developing leisure industry has already become the tendency of internationalization. Developing leisure industry has great effect on the development of the related industries, the improvement of employment, raising people’s living quality, improving the development of society and economy as well as the construction and the improvement of ecology. From the perspective of the actual situation of the present society, developing leisure industry has already had certain objective condition.The thesis mainly studies Hanzhong leisure industry, the utilization investigation methodology, the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis unify the method, elaborated discipline theories and so on industrial economics, consumer economics, public economic, modern leisure study to the leisure industry’s instruction, the comparative analysis and the synthetic study domestic and foreign leisure industry’s development condition and the development strategy, have carried on the summary to the Hanzhong leisure industry’s development present situation, and developed, aspects and so on resources environment and system construction from the leisure industry’s economic society has analyzed the Hanzhong development leisure industry influencing factor, laid the foundation for the Hanzhong leisure industry’s development strategy research.Regarding Hanzhong leisure industry development strategy choice, has analyzed the Hanzhong leisure industry strength, weakness, opportunity and threat using the SWOT analysis method, and establishes the Hanzhong leisure industry by the innovative development localization, has established the strategy decision model initially, Based on the union leisure industrial development’s influencing factor, proposed Hanzhong leisure industry macroscopic, intermediate perspective, microscopic three stratification plane development strategy, namely from the industrial development idea, the transform the government functions, the industrial unified plan, the preferential benefit guidance policy, the promotion leisure added value, the increasing the propaganda dynamics, the enhancement project variation and so on concrete aspect develops the Hanzhong leisure industry.The thesis is for the purpose of Hanzhong displaying own leisure resources superiority, the promotion leisure industry scientific progress, leads South Shanxi to realize the breakthrough development.更多还原
