基于DSP的中频正弦波逆变器控制研究

【摘要】 本文针对输出电压频率400Hz的中频逆变器,研究其控制方法及控制策略的DSP实现。随着电力电子技术的发展,为了使逆变器输出电压谐波含量低、稳态精度高、动态性能好,国内外学者研究了多种逆变器的控制技术,其中多环反馈控制和重复控制是实际中较为常用的控制方法。本文对电压、电流双环反馈控制和重复控制方法进行理论分析、仿真研究,比较了两种控制方法的优缺点。多环反馈控制方法理论成熟、易于实现、动态性能好,但是稳态精度不高。重复控制策略具有较高的稳态精度,但是其调节时间过长动态性能不佳。针对两种控制方法的特点,将两种控制方法结合构成复合控制方法,其中双环反馈控制器位于控制系统的内层,利用其响应快速的特点提高系统的动态性能,重复控制器居于外层,提高系统的稳态精度,这种复合控制也简化了两种控制策略的控制器设计。在理论分析的基础上设计了复合控制方法中的双闭环控制器和重复控制器,并对复合控制方法进行了仿真,通过仿真验证,可以得到采用这种复合控制的系统比采取单一控制方法时具有更加优良的动静态性能。本文设计了基于TI公司TMS320F240型DSP的逆变器控制电路,完成了硬件电路的制作。采用复合控制方法,设计了DSP的软件程序,并进行整个系统的实验。通过实验验证了理论分析和仿真的正确性,实现了采用复合控制方法基于DSP的中频逆变器控制系统。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the control method of inverter, and focuses on the medium frequency inverter witch the frequency of output voltage is 400Hz. Many experts from home and abroad have proposed some control technology to achieve an output voltage with low THD, high stability and fast transient response. Multiple-loop feedback control and repetitive control are more popular.This paper presents a theoretical analysis and simulation results on the multiple-loop feedback control scheme and repetitive control scheme. Multiple-loop feedback control approach has a good dynamic performance and it is easy to implement and design. However, it can not thoroughly eliminate the steady-state error. While repetitive control strategy has a merit in dealing with steady-state error, but it is transient response is very poor. The multiple control technology based on two loop feedback control and repetitive control is proposed. Two loop feedback controller, which can improve the dynamic performance of the system serves as an inner-layer controller. Therefore, the design of the outer-layer repetitive controller is simplified. Thus, the two control strategies can coordinate with each other so that the Medium Frequency inverter can produce high quality voltage waveform and has a fast transient response.Control circuit of inverter is designed by TMS320F240 DSP, the software of DSP is designed by assembler based on multiple control technology. The correctness of theoretical analysis and simulation are proved by experiment, the control system of medium frequency inverter used multiple control method is achieved by DSP.
