新型洛氏硬度计的开发

【摘要】 洛氏硬度计是检测材料和零件硬度较精密的计量仪器,用来测量材料或者成品半成品的相应硬度,其性能指标主要体现在检测精度和操控性两个方面。目前,国内制造的洛氏硬度计的检测与控制系统大多由基于8位微控制器(如8051)的低端嵌入式系统实现,由于其本身性能和资源的限制,用该类控制器实现的洛氏硬度计检测与控制系统的功能,已满足不了目前市场的需求。嵌入式ARM微控制器的出现,弥补了以往低端微控制器存在的不足,其具有性能优越、资源丰富、扩展功能强大等优点。本课题将以ARM微控制器为核心,开发一种新型的洛氏硬度计。主要工作包括以下几个方面:1.在分析传统洛氏硬度计工作原理的基础上,考虑其存在的缺陷,设计出操作方便、功能优越、人机交互界面友好的新型洛氏硬度计。2.根据系统功能分析,结合当前市场的需求,设计出新型洛氏硬度计系统的各个功能模块,并在不断实验和调试的过程当中选择合适的功能模块,使整个系统稳定、可靠、效率高。选用ARM7微控制器结合实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ以实现各方面的要求。3.综合考虑洛氏硬度检测过程中的每个环节,结合各个功能模块在整个测量过程中所起到的作用,在软件编程方面结合实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ,将整个系统功能分解为多任务,使系统运行稳定、可靠、效率高。最终,通过整个系统的软件调试将各个功能模块的任务很好的结合起来,完成了新型洛氏硬度计的开发。本文论述了以PHILIPS公司的ARM7 TDMI-S系列的LPC2132为嵌入式核心处理器,辅以μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式的新型洛氏硬度检测系统的总体设计及其具体实现。研究表明,以LPC2132微处理器和μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统为核心的新型洛氏硬度检测系统,具有成本低、实时性高、低功耗等特点,能够体现出很好的应用价值。
【Abstract】 The Rockwell hardness tester is a precision measurement instrument in material and part hardness testing, which is often used in detection of materials, product and half-finished product. Its performance is decided by measurement precision and manipulation capability. At present, most of the detection and control system on Rockwell hardness tester manufactured in China are developed by using low-end 8-bit microprocessor (e.g. 8051). Because of the limitation of performance and resources in the system, the functions of the microprocessor can not reach the market requirements.The shortcomings of the low-end microprocessor are overcome by embedded ARM microprocessor with excellent performance, abundant resources and powerful extension function. In this thesis, a new type of Rockwell hardness tester based on ARM is designed. Three contents are mainly included as follows:First, Based on the analysis of traditional mechanical Rockwell hardness tester’s working principle and its defects, a new Rockwell hardness tester in which integrated convenient operation, superior function and friendly HCI (Human Computer Interface) is designed.Second, on basis of the analysis of system function and current requirements of the market, every function mould of new Rockwell hardness tester is designed. By the continuous experiments and debugging processing, the suitable function moulds are adopted, which can keep the system stability, reliability and high efficiency. ARM7 microcontroller with RTOS (Real-Time Operation System)μC/OS- II is used to meet various requirements.Third, considering each steps of the system detection process, functions of every mould and the RTOSμC/OS-II programming, the system functions are divided into multi-tasks. Thus it can keep the system stability, reliability and high efficiency. After debugging every mould function, the new Rockwell hardness tester is developed.It is proved that the Rockwell hardness measuring system based on LPC2132 microprocessor and RTOSμC/OS- II has the characteristic of low cost, high real-time, low power and so on. It has a very good application.
