聚甘油酯的制备、性能及应用的研究

【摘要】 为了得到综合性能优良的农用塑料薄膜无滴剂,降低无滴剂的成本以及提高无滴剂的无滴性能,本论文从应用的角度出发,以甘油和硬脂酸为主要原料,通过聚合、酯化方法合成了一种多元醇型非离子表面活性剂—聚甘油脂肪酸酯(PGFE),并用自制的胶粘剂将PGFE喷涂到塑料薄膜上,制得了无滴性能优良的无滴膜。文中首先合成了不同聚合度的PGFE,通过测定其羟值、酸值和酯值,找出这三项指标和其作为无滴剂使用时无滴性能之间的关系,以达到通过控制羟值、酸值和酯值来制备性能优良的无滴剂的目的。本文研制的是一种内喷涂式无滴剂,将其喷涂到已经失效的塑料薄膜的内表面,使塑料薄膜重新具备无滴性能,可以继续使用,降低了成本。另外,本文使用的内喷涂法区别于制备无滴膜主要有的内添加法和外涂布法两种方法,后两种方法都是在生产车间完成的,直接生产出成品无滴塑料薄膜,本文使用的内喷涂法可在已建好塑料大棚内部使用,包括使用在已失效的无滴薄膜内表面和本身就没有无滴性的聚乙烯薄膜表面,使其具有无滴性能,且具有较好的长效性。本文选择了使无滴膜的长效性最好的合适的溶剂和胶粘剂,采用涂刷的方法将无滴剂涂到塑料薄膜表面制得无滴膜。本文合成PGFE的成本较低,实验证明,PGFE是一种效果较好的无滴剂,目前还没有将PGFE作为无滴剂使用的文献报道。PGFE的主要性能指标是羟值、酯值、酸值,其对无滴膜无滴性是有影响的。聚甘油的聚合度不同,其对应的PGFE所表现出来的无滴性不同。本论文制备出一系列聚合度不同的PGFE,找出了聚甘油的聚合度对无滴性的影响,以及PGFE的羟值、酸值和酯值对无滴性的影响,从而为制备性能优良的无滴剂提供了指导。
【Abstract】 For succeed in obtaining the anti-fogging agent of green-house film for agriculture with fine synthetically property, for reducing the cost and improving the property of anti-fogging agent, the paper, studying on the application, compounded a kind of non-ionic surface active agent, that is polymerization fatty acid ester(PGFE),by the methods of polymerization and esterify.And make the anti-fogging film with fine anti-fogging property by spraying the PGFE on plastics film with self-made adhesive.Firstly,the PGFE with different polymeric levels were compounded,and the relation between the anti-fogging property and the three kind of indexes was found by determining hydroxyl value, sour value and ester value. The purpose is of compounding fine property anti-fogging agent by controlling hydroxyl value, sour value and ester value.A kind of inside spraying anti-fogging agent is compounded in this paper. It is sprayed the inside surface of losing efficacy plastic film. The plastic film has anti-fogging property again and it is reused. The cost is decreased. Besides, this paper’s method of inside spraying is differentiating from the others two methods of inside adding and outside spraying. The latter two methods are used to manufacture end product of anti-fogging plastic film in the facory.The paper’s method of inside spraying can be used in the green-house film for agriculture directly, including the inside surface of losing efficacy plastic film and no anti-fogging PE film. It makes them having anti-fogging property and fairly good lasting property. The best solvent and adhesive are used for lasting property. And the anti-fogging film is made by spraying the anti-fogging agent on the plastic film’s surface.The PGFE has low produce cost as the anti-fogging agent in the paper. The test proves that PGFE is a kind of anti-fogging agent with better efficacy. There is not documentary that making the PGFE as anti-fogging agent.The main property indexes of polyglycerol fatty acid ester (PGFE) are hydroxyl value, sour value and ester value, and they have influences for anti-fogging property of anti-fogging film. The polymerization degree of polyglycerol is different ; the anti-fogging property of PGFE is different. In this paper, the PGFE with different polymeric levels were compounded, and were found the influences for anti-fogging property. The influences of hydroxyl value, sour value and ester value of PGFE were found, and the direction to compound the fine anti-fogging agent is obtained.
