网络化数控机床培训系统的设计与开发

【摘要】 制造装备的大规模数控化,使企业急需一大批数控编程、数控设备操作以及维修人员,而传统的机床培训设备存在集成度低、培训效率不高等问题,已经不能满足不断增长的数控培训需求,本文正是以此为切入点,着重研究一种新型的网络化数控机床培训系统的设计和开发。首先,本文针对传统数控机床培训设备存在的技术不足,以南京德西数控新技术有限公司生产的数控车床培训平台NNC-R1A为基础,建立了网络化数控机床培训系统的总体结构和方案;然后,以模块化设计为指导思想,基于C8051F020和AT89S51单片机,设计了一套由键盘、显示、通信和故障输出等模块组成的故障设置装置;接着,以VB为开发工具,基于人机界面、数据库开发、MSComm通信、Winsock通信、ADO等技术和方法,开发了一套具备网络考核、教学实验、故障设置(消除)、自动(手动)组卷、自动评分、题库更新、成绩分析、成绩打印等功能的数控机床培训软件;最后,利用局域网通信技术和串行通信技术成功将教师机、学生机、故障设置装置以及数控培训平台几块分散的子系统集成起来,完成了网络化数控机床培训系统的产品开发。目前本系统正处于试用阶段,试运行结果表明系统性能稳定、运行效果良好。本系统的成功开发与应用对提高数控机床培训系统的培训效率、促进我国数控技术应用人才的培养等具有一定的现实意义。

【Abstract】 With manufacturing equipment becoming numerical on a large scale, enterprises need a large number of personnel who mastered the technique of NC programming, NC equipment operation and maintenace. But the training efficiency of traditional machine tools with low integration is not high, they have been unable to meet needs of the growing NC training. Taking these factors into account, this dissertation is focusing on design and development of a new type of networked NC machine tools used for training.First of all, considered defects of traditional NC machine tools for training in technology and based on NNC-RIA CNC lathes training platform which is produced by Nanjing Deusi CNC Technology Co., Ltd., the architecture and plan of the networked NC machine tools for training was established. Then, taking modular design as guiding ideology and based on the C8051F020 and AT89S51 MCU, this dissertation designed a set of device for fault settings which consist of keyboard module, display module, communication module and fault output module etc. Thirdly, based on techniques of Human-computer Interface, Database development, MSComm communication, Winsock communication, ADO and so on, this dissertation has developed a set of software used for NC training system by VB. This sofeware incorporates several features, such as testing on line, teaching and experiment, fault settings (clearance), automatic (manual) paper orgernization, automatic mark, warehouse for test update, elementary statistics of test score, print results of test and so on. Finally, based on local area network communication technology and serial communication technology, the server, client, device for falut settings and NC training platform were successfully integrated, and a new type of networked NC lathe training system was worked out. Now, this new system is in a trial phase, and the testing results show that this system can work well.The successful development and application of this system certainly have realistic meaning to improve the training efficiency of NC training system, and promote the development of NC talents in our country.
