基于PXA270的红外热成像测温系统

【摘要】 红外热成像测温系统是一种二维的热图像成像和温度测温装置,该系统利用目标与环境之间由于温度辐射和发射率的差异所产生的热对比度不同,把红外辐射能量密度的分布探测并显示出来,成为“热像”,然后根据已获取的灰度图像的某处的灰度值,显示出该处对应的温度(或平均温度)的一种非接触式测温系统。本文从宏观和系统的角度出发,围绕Intel PXA270主处理器详细介绍了热成像测温系统各主要组成部分的指导理论、详细设计(包括软件设计和硬件设计两部分)及其功能,尤其是存储介质方面的理论基础和详细设计,完成后该系统可将图像和语音存储在SD卡或内置FLASH上,备存档及计算机分析之用。该系统实现了丰富的测温视频显示功能,可从液晶屏和寻像器获得清晰的伪彩色图像。系统工作稳定,可靠性高,具有最高温度实时追踪、点测温、区域测温、线测温、等温线分析等功能。
【Abstract】 IR Thermal Imaging Temperature Measurement System is a two-dimensional thermal imaging device, which is based on optical-Electro conversion technology. And finally it could display infrared images of targets, and could tell the user what the temperature of a point (or average temperature of an area or a line) is, according to the gray value of the point (the area or the line) . the system realize abundantly temperature measuring video display function, may receive legible pseudo-color image from LCD and monitor.The main processor of this system is Intel PXA270, and this paper introduces all kinds of functions , the guiding theory and design of each parts based on Intel ARM PXA270 in details (including hardwfare design and software design), from the macro perspective of the system. One chapter focus on introducing the theory and design of SD card. Users can save kinds of data into SD card (for example images and sound files) in order to study.Experiments indicate: Infrared thermal imaging and temperature measuring system is steady and credible. Compared with the congener high-cost products in abroad and home its image quality and temperature measuring precision are very perfect.
