无锡市计量测试中心实验室检测过程质量控制的应用

【摘要】 随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,传统的实验室管理方式也在发生根本性变化。特别是由客户自主选择溯源方式,自主选择可信赖的实验室,促使实验室必须面向市场,提高服务质量。无锡市计量测试中心按照国际通用标准ISO/IEC导则17025《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》,贯彻执行“质量第一”的宗旨,维护检测工作的科学性、公正性、权威性,确保计量单位的统一和检测数据准确、可靠,全面地履行为客户提供检测和校准服务质量的承诺。本文着重从实验室检测过程的质量控制及测量结果不确定度评定入手,对照ISO/IEC导则17025的要求,结合计量实验室的特点,对实验室检测关键过程进行识别并控制,结合典型案例,对测量不确定度进行合理分析与研究,认识到ISO/IEC17025只是对实验室能力的通用和基本要求,切忌不能将其当作最高要求,照搬照抄或生搬硬套。一定要结合实验室自己的特点灵活应用,运用过程控制的原理,通过建立健全实验室质量体系,实现全要素、全方位、全过程、全员、全面控制,不断提高计量检测和服务水平,才能适应各方面的要求,适应自己工作的需要,保证质量管理体系的适宜性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional lab management mode has come through essential changes with the improvement of the socialistic market economy. Especially the fact that the clients choose the mode of tracing to the source and the reliable lab by their owns makes the lab open to the market, put the clients’ demands in the center of the work, strengthen the modern serving concepts, professional in serving actions, build up good serving examples and promote the serving quality.According to the international universal standards ISO/TEC guide line 17025 "the Normal Requirement for the ability of the measurement and calibration lab", Wuxi Measurement and Testing Center carries out the "quality first" tenet completely, uphold the testing work to make it scientific, equal and authoritative, ensure the measure units uniform and testing data correct and credible. She points out that the core task of quality management is to make sure the testing and calibration data supplied by the certificate or the report correct, reliable, complete and timely and fulfill the promise of good testing and calibration quality to the clients.This article studies on the quality management system of Wuxi Measurement and Testing Center mainly from two aspects which include quality control of lab testing process and uncertainty estimate. It gets the knowledge that ISO/TEC17025 is only the normal and basic requirement to lab ability, not the upmost requirement and should never be copied and used with little change. We should use the ISO/IEC17025 rule flexibly to build up our special quality management system according to its own character to satisfy the all-aspect requirement, to suit one’s own job and to make sure the quality management system suitable and effective.
