协作制造网络伙伴选择模型与算法研究

【摘要】 随着信息技术的发展和经济的全球化,企业的运作方式发生了深刻地变革,企业之间的竞争已经由单个企业产品质量和生产成本的竞争转化为协作企业整体表现的竞争,企业间的协作越来越重要。协作制造网络正是企业为应对知识经济和制造全球化的挑战而实施的,以快速响应市场需求和提高企业竞争力为主要目标的一种先进制造技术,而协作制造网络伙伴选择是协作制造网络成败的重要而基本的问题。本文首先运用企业理论从不同的研究视角(核心能力理论、交易费用理论、委托代理理论、社会交换理论、资源依存理论、协同理论)解析了协作制造网络的动因、优势、风险等诸多方面,并从组织形态和运作方式视角论证了协作制造网络的本质在于自身核心能力提高与网络节点对较低交易费用的诉求,为协作制造网络伙伴选择研究奠定了理论基础。第二,总结分析现有协作制造网络伙伴选择模型基础上,提出了三阶段协作制造网络伙伴选择过程模型。第三,运用文献统计与问卷调研相结合的方法,设计了协作制造网络伙伴选择指标体系。第四,构建了协作制造网络伙伴选择的核心能力识别模型,并通过算法实例验证了算法的有效性。第五,构建了协作制造网络伙伴选择的组合优化模型,并在Delphi环境下通过实验仿真验证了算法的有效性,为协作制造网络伙伴选择问题提供了可操作性的方法。
【Abstract】 With rapid development of information technology and economical globalization, the operation of enterprises has gone through a drastic revolution. The competition between companies has been changing from the quality and service of the product to the corporate performance of the companies and their collaborators. To make voice to the challenge of knowledge economic and economical globalization, collaborative manufacture network is an advanced manufacture technology responding to the market requirement and improving the enterprise competition. The problem of the partner selection is very vital, which directly affects the result of the enterprise.First of all, the dissertation analyses the collaborative manufacture network’cause of formation, advantage, risk etc in different research view (Core competence theory, Transaction cost theory, Principle agent theory, Social exchange theory, Resource dependence theory, Synergetic theory) and demonstrates that the essential of the collaborative manufacture network are improving the core competence and reducing the cost in the view of organizational form and operational mode, which establish the theoretic base of the partners selection. Secondly, a three-step model of partner selection is built based on the summarization of the existing models. Thirdly, evaluation indexes system is systemically designed by the literature statistic analysis and questionnaire investigation. Fourthly, establish the model of core competence recognize, the example test shows that the fuzzy decision arithmetic is the more effective one. Fifthly, establish the model of optimize combination, genetic algorithm combined with simulated annealing algorithm is applied, and the algorithm is tested in Delphi7.0 showing that such an approach is fairly effective, which supply an operable method for partner selection.
