【摘要】 人权问题是当今世界各国普遍关注的热点问题,也是一个十分复杂而具体的理论与实践问题。对于人权问题的看法,世界各国不尽相同,有些甚至尖锐对立。在当前国际人权斗争日趋激烈的情况下,我们无法也不能回避这一现实,这要求我们必须继续坚持马克思主义的人权观,并结合我国的基本国情,有力地反击西方国家的“人权攻势”,以便进一步推进中国特色社会主人权事业的发展。邓小平人权思想是马克思主义人权观和中国人权实际相结合的产物,邓小平人权思想是邓小平理论体系的重要组成部分,它是在特定的历史背景、时代背景和现实背景条件下,吸收了古今中外人类人权文化的优秀成果而产生的。它科学地阐释了当代人权理论的精华,包括了许多富有创造性的,又适合我国具体国情的新见解、新观点、新思路,构建了中国特色社会主义人权理论的丰富内涵,体现了鲜明的政治立场、时代特征和实践精神,必将对我国人权事业产生积极影响。学习邓小平人权思想,科学总结邓小平人权思想对我国人权事业建设的指导作用,对于我们坚持中国特色社会主义人权观,正确观察和处理国际人权论争问题,不断取得国际人权斗争的新胜利具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The human rights situation is the hot spot problem that all the countries in the world shows solicitude for commonly nowadays , is also a very complicated but concrete theory and carries out problem. View , all the countries in the world be unable completely are identical to the human rights situation , some are even be diametrically opposed to each other. Before current international human rights fights with day by day fierce condition is lower, we have no way to be able to avoid this one reality neither , human rights point of view this must continue insisting on Marxism as demanding us, combines and fundamental realities of the country of our country, strike back against the Western countries "human rights offensive " forcefully , weigh up development of cause to push forward the host of Chinese characteristics society further The thought of Deng Xiaoping’s human rights, an important component of Deng Xiaoping’s theoretical system, was created in specific historical background, era background and under the realistic background, absorbing the outstanding achievement of human rights at all times and in all lands。It includes new and more creative opinions, views, thinking, which are suitable for the concrete national conditions of our country, has delineated the abundant intension of the human rights theory of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, has perspected the quintessence of the contemporary human rights theory scientifically, the characteristic and practice spirit that have reflected distinct political standpoint, era, will exert a positive influence the cause of human rights of our country。Meanwhile, studying the thought of Deng Xiaoping’s human rights summarizing the enlightenment of the thought of Deng Xiaoping’s human rights scientifically have great theory meaning and realistic meaning to the thing that we adhere to the view of human rights of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, observe and deal with the controversy problem of international human rights correctly, the new victory of making international human rights and struggling constantly.更多还原
