【摘要】 浙江特色产业集群的成功发展,促进了区域人口的集中、二、三产业的增长、全省综合竞争力的提高和资源、基础设施的共建共享,所产生的良好集聚效应为区域城市化要素的空间集聚提供了前提保障和基础条件,而浙江城市化推进又反过来为产业集群的发展提供了更为有利的基础依托和良好契机。城市化的推进是不可逆转的趋势,而对于发展中国家中国来说,各省市的城市化推进更具有迫切性,因此对于浙江这个产业集群大省来说,将城市化发展战略放到产业集群这个角度来思考,更大程度上实现产业集群发展和城市化发展的良好互动,具有重要的现实意义和理论指导价值。本文采用理论分析、实证分析、调查研究相结合,定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,借鉴国内外的研究成果和浙江省的实践经验,探讨基于产业集群视角的浙江省城市化战略。本文以比较分析为主要轴线,通过与江苏、上海的集群比较来分析浙江省的产业集群现状;通过与江苏、上海的城市化水平比较以及浙江省内各地级市的城市化水平比较,来分析浙江省的城市化现状,分别采取特定的测度体系进行量化和定性分析。再以国内外学者有关产业集群和城市化的联动发展有关理论为基础,采用北京国际城市发展研究院院长连玉明的城市价值链理论,将产业集群拓展到产业链层面,将城市化拓展到城市价值链层面,以浙江的纺织产业集群为实证研究,来探讨浙江产业价值链和城市价值链的结合点。最后,提出浙江从产业集群角度考虑提出的城市化发展战略建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Success development of Zhejiang’s characteristic cluster industry promoted population centralism of the region, second, third industrial growth, synthesis competitive power of the province enhancement and sharing for resources and the infrastructure construct, the good accumulative effect from it has provided the premise safeguard and the foundation condition for the region urbanization essential factor space, but the Zhejiang urbanization advancement in turn provided a more advantageous foundation for the cluster industry’s development to depend on with the good turning point. The urbanized advancement is the irreversible tendency, but regarding to developing nation China, various provinces and cities, urbanization is urgency, therefore regarding to Zhejiang , a province with cluster industry everywhere, thinking of its urbanization developmental strategy on view of cluster industry, will realize the cluster industry development and the urbanized development good interaction in a greater degree, will have the vital practical significance and the theory instruction value.This article unifies the theoretical analysis, the real diagnosis analysis, the investigation and study, also unifies the method of the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, profits from the domestic and foreign research results and experience of Zhejiang Province, discusses Zhejiang Province urbanization strategy based on the cluster industry view. This article uses comparative analysis as main spool thread, through with comparison to Jiangsu, Shanghai’s cluster industry analyzes Zhejiang Province’s present situation; Through with comparison to Jiangsu, in Shanghai’s urbanized level as well as comparison between Zhejiang Province each locally administered level’s urbanized level, analyzes Zhejiang Province’s present situation, adopts specific measure system to carry on the quantification and the qualitative analysis separately. Then take related theory of the domestic and foreign scholar related cluster industry and the urbanized linkage development as the foundation, uses Beijing International Urban development Research institute Chair Lian Yuming the urban value chain theory, puts the cluster industry into the industrial chain field, the urbanization into the urban value chain field, take Zhejiang’s textile cluster industry as the real diagnosis research, will discuss the Zhejiang industry value chain and the urban value chain combining site.
