【摘要】 我国在二十世纪以前紧缺高层次人才,研究生毕业找工作比较容易。但是随着社会的发展,我国对研究生层次的人才需求逐渐趋于平衡,但我国研究生教育仍然在如火如荼的进行,并且从1999年开始实行扩招。随着扩招的继续,研究生数量不断的增加,毕业人数不断创历史新高,满足了一些紧缺行业对高层次人才的需求。但随着研究生数量的增多,就业并没有那么顺利,特别是近几年,研究生就业的问题日益突出,人们对研究生就业问题也投入了更多的关注,体育学研究生是庞大研究生队伍的一部分,而体育教育训练学专业硕士研究生是体育学研究生中非常重要的一个专业,本文以收集的资料与调查问卷为依据,从就业现状、就业现状分析及对策进行综合论述。本研究笔者选取了北京体育大学、上海体育学院、华东师范大学、浙江大学、南京师范大学、苏州大学、福建师范大学体育教育训练学硕士生为研究对象。通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法和数据统计法进行研究,研究结果表明:1)整体就业率不高,且呈逐年下降趋势;2)毕业生多留在就读院校所在省市工作;3)毕业生就业集中在东部发达地区,极少在西部地区;4)就业单位主要是高校,体育系统、中小学等单位较少。并分析指出,国家扩招政策和社会不良因素影响研究生就业;培养单位在课程设置和课程实施的不足影响研究生就业;研究生自身素质的不足影响就业。最后从政府宏观调控、培养单位职能和研究生自身几个方面提出了可行性建议,为体育院校决策部门组织和管理研究生提供依据和为研究生自身加强就业能力提供参考,对推动体育院校开展素质教育,提高人才质量具有重要的现实意义和理论意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 It’s shortage of high-level workers before the 21th century in China for China’s national conditions. It’s easy for graduate student to find a job. However, it tends to gradually balance for graduate-level with social development. And the number of graduate students increases higher and higher from 1999. And it meets the shortage of high-level workers as the number increases. But it’s not easy for graduate student to find a job, especially in recent years. The problem of graduate employment has become increasingly prominent, and people pay more attention on the issue of graduate employment. The sports school graduate is a huge part of the contingent of graduate students, and physical education and training graduate student is very important to the sports school graduate. This paper discussed from employment status, the reasons of employment status and Countermeasures.The author of this study selected education and training graduate students of Beijing Sports University, Shanghai Institute of Physical Education, East China Normal University, Zhejiang University, Nanjing Normal University, Suzhou University, Fujian Normal University for research. By literature, interviews, surveys and data statistical method, the research showed that: 1) the overall employment rate is not high but decreasing; 2) most of the graduates worked in the provinces and cities which they studied; 3) the vast majority of the graduates worked in developed regions, very few in the western region; 4) it mainly concentrated in colleges and universities in the sports system, and less in primary and secondary schools, and others. And it found that the government policy and social relations, the curriculum and the graduate students themselves impacted their employment. Finally, it gave advices from the government’s macroeconomic regulation and control, training unit functions and several graduate students. This paper works for the sports organization and the training units to prove the quality of graduate, and it has practical and theoretical significance.更多还原
