【摘要】 随着社会的进步和知识经济的快速发展,国家的建设、社会的发展对大学生的整体素质提出了越来越高的要求,大学教育必须与时俱进,采用多元化的教育方法,以培养出符合时代要求的高素质人才。拓展训练始于商业模式,但是它独有的运作方式和对人才与团队所带来的效果使得越来越多的人考虑把它引入到我国高校体育教育当中来,它可以培养大学生的心理健康和提高他们的社会适应能力等,能作为我国高校体育的一个很好的补充。本研究是在参考大量的文献资料的基础上,对参加过拓展训练的大学生和部分担任过拓展训练培训师的大学教师针对拓展训练的认识、开展形式、遇到的问题、教学与评价等因素进行调查,采用了问卷调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对高校公共体育选项课引入拓展训练进行了理论分析和调查研究,指出了其中对高校体育有利的地方和存在的问题。提出来一些可供参考的建议:1、建议各个高校转变思想观念,尽快在体育选项课中开设拓展训练课。并根据各自学校和学生的基本情况制定相应的教学大纲,丰富学生的选项课内容。2、拓展训练课对与教师提出了更高更新的要求,教师的业务水平和自身的知识结构,是决定教学水平高低的核心,所以全面提高教师的综合素质并且适当的给上拓展训练的教师进一步的培训,是上好拓展训练课的关键。3、本文中由调查总结出的在第六、七学期的周末,全校随机组合、12-16人进行教学的模式可为即将要开展相关课程的高校提供非常有价值的参考。4、建议有条件的各个高校可适当的进行校际交流,实现资源的共享。上海市的大学相对集中,而进行拓展训练所需的一些成本较高的器材可以重复使用,各个高校可以共同建设、协调使用、共同管理,共同分享。5、拓展训练引入高校公共体育选项课是针对高等教育阶段大学生的身心特点和高校体育教育自身的特性而进行的尝试。希望可以在我国高等教育中得到更好的发展。更多还原
