【摘要】 随着城乡统筹发展进程的加快与社会主义新农村建设的展开,我国的村庄建设正迎来了前所未有的革新与发展机遇,同时也面临着巨大的挑战。经济发展及农民生活水平的提高又使得传统的居住形态必须发生变革。安徽省是农业大省,多数人口在农村,所以加强安徽省村庄建设工作,积极探索出合理的规划设计策略,采取措施,大力改善乡村人居环境,积极建设既能满足传统文脉的传承,又能适应当前的产业发展与社会变化的村庄,对于全面促进安徽省社会主义新农村建设的发展,具有十分重要的意义和作用。本文从当前安徽省村庄建设的现状和原因分析入手,探求村庄建设的规划设计对策。研究运用了系统论方法及广义建筑学的思想,结合了案例分析法与实地取证法。文章首先研究了国内外村庄建设和村庄整治规划的理论和实践经验;其次,通过现状大量的实地调查与分析,发掘出安徽省村庄建设现状中存在的突出问题及成因,从产业发展、文脉延续、村庄转型模式入手,从总体布局、道路、绿化、服务设施、专项规划等多角度探讨了安徽省村庄建设的规划设计的特点、原则、规划设计方法、以及规划管理措施。同时,作者对加强安徽省村庄建设的地域性特色、提高人居环境质量提出了具体的设计对策。最后作者结合亲身参与的实际设计项目,验证了所提出的村庄规划设计对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid and harmonious development of city and village and the beginning of New Village Construction of Socialism, the village construction of our country is meeting an unprecedented good luck of reformation and development, and simultaneously confronting a great challenge. Economic development and elevation of standard of living of countrymen need the traditional habitation modality to transform. Anhui Province is a big agricultural province, in which most of populations live in village. Thus, it will be a great significance for entirely promoting the development of New Village Construction of Socialism that reinforcing village construction of Anhui Province, actively searching after strategy of the rational layout and design, taking measures to remarkably ameliorate habitation environment, actively constructing the village that can meet the demand of inheriting traditional cultures, as well as fit for the currently industrial developments and social changes.By starting with analyzing current status and origin of the village construction of Anhui Province, this paper means to search after strategy of layout and design of the village construction in rural areas. The study has employed the thoughts of System Theory and Generalized Architecture as well as the methods of Case Analysis and Acquisition of Certificate on the Spot. Firstly, the paper has analyzed the causes of formation, ideas and structural features of the locally traditional habitat mode and the internal thoughts involving philosophy, ecology and layout. Secondly, the paper has elucidated the status and the cause of formation of village during the process of currently rapid citilization and pointed out that update of traditional village is inevitable. Simultaneously, with a view to probe further into the methods of the layout and design of village, the author has discussed the relationship between traditional culture and its update, and that between industry and habitation by quoting examples of actual design projects that the author participated in, and probed into the layout and landscaping design of the new type of community. Finally, based on the former study, the paper draws a conclusion about the characteristics, principles and methods of the layout and design of the village and brings forward some system conceptions and management means for the common villages.更多还原
