低成本高精度角位移测量系统研究与设计

【摘要】 在航空、航天、船舶、国防等领域中,常常要求对角度进行快速精密测量,以便迅速调整被测物体的姿态、方位或可靠检测被测物体的角位性能。角位移测量是这类调测系统的重要组成部分,同时也是实现其它控制功能的基础。论文首先阐述了课题的研究背景、目的和意义,然后介绍了国内外角位移测量技术发展现状,通过分析比较,提出了利用“旋转变压器+轴角数字转换器+DSP”构成的低成本鉴幅型跟踪测角设计方案。该系统能够用于360°范围内角位信息的动态测量,并采用RS-232串行通信接口与上位机通信,可以实现绝对角度与相对角度输出。软件部分采用了C与汇编的混合语言编程方式,模块化设计使得程序易于修改和升级。论文对系统的误差进行了详细分析,研究了各种误差来源并推导出具体表达式和数学关系,为减小测角系统误差、提高测角精度提供了理论依据;针对误差的消除提出了有效的抑制和补偿措施。本文在分析测角系统结构的基础上,建立了轴角转换电路的数学模型,并对系统在位移、速度、加速度等信号作用下的动态特性进行了仿真,结果证明系统是一个Ⅱ型系统。最后,完成了系统的软硬件调试,实验表明系统总体工作稳定可靠、实时性强。

【Abstract】 Quick and precise measurement of angular displacement is applied in the areas of aviation, spaceflight, shipping, and nation defending for the adjustment of the attitude and orientation of engineering objects, or for the reliable detecting of the angular displacement performance. Thus the angular displacement measurement system is a key component of the corresponding system. Also, it is widly used in control systems.According to the background, purpose and significance of the research topic,the paper introduces the development of angular measurement technology,and put forward to an low-cost and amplitude discrimination mode angle measurement system which constuct by resolver,shaft-digital converter and DSP through comparing and analysising all the measurement methods.The system can sample the dynamic angular displacement measurement between 0 to 360 degrees,and use serial RS-232 to communicate with PC which can realize absolute-and-relative angle outputting.The system’s software is programed by the C and the assembly language which is used modularized design to make it easy to be modified and upgraded.Errors of the system are analyzed.Various factors which can cause the measurement errors are pointed out and mathematical expressions for these errors are deduced.In this way,a reliable basis was provided for reducing the measuring errors and improving the accuracy of angular displacement measuring system.And some ways which can restrain or compensate these errors are introduced.The mathematical model of angular displacement measuring system is given in this paper on the base of analysis of the system’s construct. Accrording to simulating the position,speed,accelerration input signal and analyzing the dynamic characteristic of the system,it is certificated that the system is a 2nd mode system.Finaly,the debugging for hardware and software is finished.The experiment result indicate that the system can reliably be operated and have high real time ability.
