【摘要】 由于IPTV具有广阔的发展前景,给运营商、设备提供商、内容提供商等IPTV业务的参与方描绘了一幅美好的盈利蓝图,无论是电信业还是广电业都积极展开了各方面的探索工作。然而,作为新兴事物,中国的IPTV产业环境尚未成熟,政策不明朗,产业链结构尚不清晰,产业链的主导地位仍在博弈之中。本文详细介绍了IPTV产业在中国以及全球(例如欧洲、北美以及亚太地区)的发展现状。结合实际情况,分别从宏观(产业融合)和微观(电信/广电的比较分析)角度分析了中国IPTV产业的发展现状,得出电信运营商应成为IPTV产业链上的主导力量这一结论。在此基础之上,借助波特五力分析模型,对电信运营商进行了竞争性分析,为其作为主导力量整合IPTV产业链提供了策略建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The prosperous landscape of IPTV presents an attractive profit blueprint for such participants as operators, solution/device, providers, content providers, etc. Both sides of the telecom industry and the radio film/television ministry of China have started out making efforts in various ways of research for it. However, as a new thing, the environment of China’s IPTV industry is not yet mature enough, policy is uncertainty, and the industry chain structure is not yet clear, and the dominant position is still in the game.This paper introduces the development of IPTV industry in china as well as in global areas, such as Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific region, etc. Combination with the factual state and the analysis of China’s development of IPTV industry from macro (industrial integration) and micro (telecommunications / broadcasting comparative analysis) perspective, it concludes that the telecom operators should become the dominant force in the IPTV chain. Then the integrated strategy of IPTV industry in China is put forward here according to the competitive analysis by using Five Competitive Force Model of Porter.更多还原
