面向下一代网络的SIP多媒体应用的设计和实现

【摘要】 本文分为两个部分,第一部分介绍作者在SIP协议实现电话业务上的研究(VOIP),第二部分介绍作者在NGN开放式业务平台下SIP多媒体业务的研究,这里重点介绍即时消息和呈现业务(IM/Presence)未来网络将是以业务为核心驱动的网络,业务快速开发、快速部署就显得至关重要。但目前大家熟悉的业务,技术上往往是使用私有协议实现,开发上很少考虑业务扩展,业务多采用垂直型开发模式,即一套业务开发一套系统。这样,就造成了同种业务无法实现互联互通,业务扩展难度大,随着部署业务增多以后业务管理难度增大,各业务相关资源不能共享资源浪费严重等一系列问题。因此,如何做到业务可扩展,如何做到技术实现统一开放,如何实现业务开发水平化就成为了目前通信领域关注的焦点。而SIP协议和基于NGN构建业务平台是目前比较开放的解决方案。SIP协议是多媒体通信中最重要的协议之一。SIP协议具有简单开放可扩展的特点,顺应了未来多媒体业务开发的需求,因此得到了广泛重视。本文首先研究了SIP的基本原理和消息机制,并将SIP与他同类协议和应用做了比较。之后,设计实现了H.323/SIP双模终端。论文从技术融合的角度出发,分析双模终端的研究意义,介绍了双模终端的设计方案,并重点研究实现了SIP协议栈以及协议栈与其他各模块的接口,之后介绍了终端的测试情况和进一步研究完善的方向。NGN即下一代网络融入了大量先进的技术,以IP为中心,可以提供多种业务的融合网络,自从提出一直都是通信领域研究的热点。作者在对SIP协议有了一定了解之后,本文第二部分重点研究了如何在NGN业务平台上进行SIP业务开发。文章首先介绍了NGN开放业务平台,然后研究了如何通过SIP协议设计和实现即时消息和呈现业务,其中重点介绍服务器业务能力设计和客户终端设计。最后对本文进行了总结和展望。

【Abstract】 In this paper, two issues are studied. The first one is about the achievement of study on the VOIP based on SIP, and the second one is about the study on the SIP multimedia applications in the NGN open services platform, which is focused on the IM and presence services.In the future, network will be driven mainly by the services, and services rapid developing and deploying become more and more important. But nowadays most of these services are implemented with private protocols in Stovepipe Systems which are closed to each other, and they are not thoughtful of services extended. So it results that the services based on different solutions cannot communicate with each other, and also it is so difficult to extend new services. In addition, as the services increase, the service management turns difficult, and because resources cannot be shared, it leads a lot of resources waste. Therefore, it is very important to study how to make services extendible, how to make the application standardized, and how to make the service platform architecture flat. And that SIP and services platform based on NGN are appropriate solution.SIP is one of the most important protocols in multimedia session control. SIP is simple, open and extendible, and because SIP meets the requirements of the multimedia session application, SIP is now thought of much importance. This paper firstly studies the principle of SIP and the signaling mechanism, and compares SIP with other relevant protocols and applications. Then, the paper indicates the design and implementation of the H.323/SIP dual-module VOIP terminal, and analyses the value of the study from the point of view of Converged Communications. The paper mainly indicates the implementation of the SIP stack and the interfaces between the stack and other components. And then, the paper shows the test process and gives some proposals of improving the terminal.NGN (Next Generation network), adopting a lot of advanced technologies, and taking IP as central, is a Converged network that can supply many services, so is always the hotspot in the studies of communications. As the author has a good knowledge of SIP, the paper indicates how to create SIP services in the NGN service platform in the second part. The paper first introduces the NGN open services platform, and then studies the design and implement of presence service with SIP, which mainly give the design of SIP server capability and the SIP soft terminal. At last, a conclusion and a prospect are made.
