广西金融发展对经济增长影响的实证研究

【摘要】 自改革开放以来,广西经济增长经过短周期密波振荡之后,进入了现在的稳定发展时期。2008年2月,国家正式批准实施《广西北部湾经济区发展规划》,广西经济发展处于千载难逢的好机会。在这样的发展背景下,将影响广西经济增长的金融因素拿出来作为研究对象,研究其对经济增长影响的大小,并分析出广西金融发展中存在的问题,具有较强的现实意义,有利于广西经济的持续稳定发展。本文首先通过分析广西的经济金融现状,可以看出现阶段广西的经济虽然稳定增长,但整体上仍处于落后地区;金融状况问题突出,金融发展水平落后。然后实证分析广西金融发展对经济增长的影响,通过实证分析发现,广西金融发展对经济增长的影响呈正相关,加快广西金融发展对促进经济增长有积极作用,然后利用格兰杰因果检验发现广西经济发展与金融发展互为因果关系,这说明广西经济发展落后一定程度上是由金融发展落后所导致,需要加快广西金融的发展,以促进广西经济快速健康发展。因此,本文找出广西金融发展落后的原因,并对广西金融发展提出建议。希望在广西地区构建起一个全面发展且运行良好的金融业,将广西有利的区位优势以及西部地区发展的政策优势转发为经济竞争的优势,达到促进广西经济增长的目的。
【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up, economic growth in Guangxi after wave of short-term oscillations, now enters a period of stable development. In February 2008, the state formally approved the implementation of the "Guangxi Beibu Bay economic zone development plan", Guangxi economic development is in a golden opportunity. In such a development background, Take Guangxi’s financial factors out as a study , And research its impact on economic growth and find the existing problems of finance development of Guangxi. It is significant and conducive to Guangxi’s sustained economic stability and development.Through the analysis of Guangxi’s economic and financial status, we can see that Guangxi economics growth in stability now, but it belongs to undeveloped area in general. And the financial situation has many issues, The level of finance development is low. Then the author uses empirical research to analysis the influence of the financial development towards economic growth. Through empirical analysis, Guangxi financial development towards economic growth was passive affected the correlation. And then using Granger causality test finds the economy in Guangxi Development and financial development causal relationship to each other. It indicates that Guangxi economic undeveloped result form Guangxi finance undeveloped. So need to promote financial development, make finance can play a important role in economic growth. Therefore, The author finds the reason of financial development in low. And make recommendations to promote economic growth. The author hopes to construct a comprehensive development and well-functioning financial sector in Guangxi. It will be beneficial to transfer the regional advantages and development of the western region of the policy advantages to the advantages of economic competition, and promote the economic growth of Guangxi.
