【摘要】 城市空间资源的开发利用是城市经济增长和城市规模扩张的必然结果,它包括地面、地上和地下空间三部分。从时间上讲,城市的空间拓展经历了一个由平面扩张到地上空间利用,再到地下空间开发的过程;从空间上讲,城市空间的合理布局应当体现为这三者布局的一致性以及三者在结构与功能上的互补特征。传统的理论分析往往只是关注某一层次的空间布局,谈到城市空间的集约利用,只是做某一层面布局的优化,但本文以为,要实现城市空间系统的整体优化,不仅在于城市地上、地面、地下空间各自优化的前提下追求整体优化,更在于即使在局部存在不经济的情况下,也能通过三者在布局上的相互协调,使得部分的劣势为全局的优势。文章提出一个较为理想的城市空间利用模型,并希望结合长沙市的实践加以分析。本文具体内容包括以下几个部分:第1章为绪论部分,主要阐述选题依据和国内外相关研究背景,以及研究思路、研究内容、研究方法等等。第2章为城市空间资源的理论基础,主要介绍城市空间资源的内涵、基本属性及相关理论。第3章主要介绍城市空间资源开发与利用的主要形式,分为城市地面、地上空间、地下空间三种。第4章是对城市空间资源开发与利用影响因素的分析,主要从自然和技术条件、经济水平、开发成本、人口规模等几个方面加以说明。第5章主要通过国内外城市空间资源开发与利用的经验,探讨城市空间资源开发与利用的合理形式,并试探性地建立了城市空间资源开发与利用的模式。第6章主要以长沙市为例,首先分析长沙城市空间利用的历史和现状,然后针对诸如长沙市城市空间的平面扩张、地上、地下空间利用等问题,提出自己的构想。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a result of economical growth and outstretching of size, the urban space needs three-dimensional resource distribution. It should consist of ground space, high-rise space and underground space. In the history, urban space underwent a process from ground spreading to high-rise using, to underground exploiting. For the moment, the rationalization distribution of urban space’s figure should be composed by the three space profile and by their complementarities.Our traditional theories are often interested in a certain space distribution, and study part optimizing. But this dissertation point out: if we want to achieve the aim of three-dimensional space’s rationalization distribution, we must put their supplement and cooperation on a more important position.This dissertation consists of the following parts in detail:Part 1: Introduction. It mostly discusses the background and significance of this research firstly, and overviews the status quo and achievement home and abroad. It also introduces research content and method.Part 2: In this chapter, it defines basic and related conception of urban three-dimensional distribution, quality and character, and some related theory.Part 3: This chapter discusses the space resources’ content and form, its entirety, and its developing history. In this part, we mainly introduce three kinds of utilization about dimensional resource, including ground space, high-rise space and underground space.Part 4: The chapter makes a particular and systematic analysis of the contents, correlated with the theory origin and dynamical force. In particular, through the dynamical forces, the article elaborates the restrictions about exploiting urban space resource.Part 5: Based on some cities’ successful space distribution, this part builds a three-dimensional distribution model.Part 6: The chapter takes Changsha City as an example. It looks back the history of the city’s three-dimensional distribution, and then aimed at some irrationally condition, it makes a tentative idea about Changsha’s spatial overall arrangements.更多还原
