【摘要】 网络通讯技术和多媒体科学技术的飞速发展,给教育领域带来了前所未有的发展,教育技术已经成为当今教育改革的热点。纵观世界各国,为抢夺教育优势无不对现代教育技术在本国教育活动中的应用投入巨资,以增强网络教育所需要的硬件资源、软件资源和提高参与网络教育活动的各类人群的信息素养。我国网络教育发展迅速,国家大力支持网络教育。然而,作为一门重要的教育科目,体育课程由于本身的学科特点,体育网络教学的发展却相对滞后。本课题是关于我国高等学校体育师范类体操普修课程网络多媒体课件的初步开发与制作的研究。主要采用了文献资料法、软件编制法、专家访谈法、统计分析法、逻辑推理等研究方法。研究了网络教育的相关概念,国际上几个网络教育有成绩的发达国家的开展网络教育的情况;重点从网络基础资源和网络教育资源的建设两大方面分析了我国发展网络教育的一系列行动。根据体育网络教学所具备的优势阐述了我国高校开展体育网络教学的现状,并结合此现状,重点探讨了我国开展高师体操普修网络教学的必要性与可行性。在此基础上以普通高校师范类体操普修课程为主要内容,根据网络课件(课程)开发的原理和体操教学的特点,运用当前最强大的网页网站制作管理平台Dreamweaver8.0以用其他相关的媒体编辑软件,在有限的条件下对我国高等师范院校体育专业体操普修网络课件进行了初步的设计和开发。即以在改善我国高等师范院校体育教育专业体操教学方法和手段,提高体育专业大学生的专业素质和信息素养,培养全面发展的高素质的创新型体育人才等方面起到一定的理论价值与现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of the network communication and the multimedia of science and technology, what is given an unprecedented development to the field of education. and the education’s technology has become a hot spot of the education’s reform today. Throughout all over the world,Some countries in order to scramble for advantages about education,They are all take the modern education technology application in their country seriously and spent with the huge amount of money, Enhance the web-based all kinds resources what be needed such as hardware resources, software resources and the information accomplishment participating that the web-based instruction exercise .The web-based instruction of our country to be expanding by leaps and bounds,the country strongly supports,but,As a important education subject,for some discipline characteristic of P.E. course itself, The development of P.E. web-based teaching is lag relatively.This paper is on basic development and producation of the gymnastic-common course’s web-based courseware in general university in China,Adopting Literature consultation,logical analysis, softwave establishment,statistical analysis and so on,this task researched the relevance concept about the web-based instruction;Several developed countries carry out the condition about their web-based education;This task analysed priority the establishment about the network basis resources and the network resources for education of our country what has doing in order to develop our cuntry’s web-based education. with the advantages of P.E. web-based education and expounding the current situation on our country’s colleges and universities how to carrying out the P.E. web-based education .According to this situation, Priority, Having discussed the necessity and feasibility in the Gymnastic Common Course in General University by carrying out the web-based teaching.on this basis,this task take the Gymnastic Common Course in General University as main content, according to the Characteristic of the principle that how to develop web-based Courseware (course) and the gymnastics teaching, Applying the biggest and powerfulest Web page &website making platform Dreamweaver8.0 and other medium software to edit. under current limited condition,this task has carried out the preliminary design and Product on Web-based Courseware of the Gymnastic Common Course’s of P.E. Major in General Normal University. all whatdo this is just for improving the gymnastics class teaching methods and means on P.E.
