亚洲百里香对杂草化感作用的研究

【摘要】 本文就亚洲百里香不同器官水提取液在不同浓度下对常见杂草化感作用的初步研究,旨在为亚洲百里香化感作用的合理利用,进行生物除草和研发新型除草剂提供理论依据。研究结果如下:1不同采集时间亚洲百里香根茎叶水提取液对同一受体植物的化感抑制作用不同,六、七月亚洲百里香根茎叶的化感抑制作用最强,随着采集时间的推延,亚洲百里香根茎叶的化感抑制作用显著下降。表明利用亚洲百里香提取生物农药以六、七月份采集为最佳。2亚洲百里香不同器官水提取液对同一种受体植物的化感抑制作用存在差异,作用强度由强到弱的顺序为:叶﹥茎﹥根,随着采集时间的推移,叶水提取液的化感作用强度显著下降,根茎水提取液的化感作用的差别不显著,且根茎水提取液随着采集时间的推移变化不显著。3亚洲百里香根茎水提液对受体植物幼苗生长的影响存在低促高抑现象,抑制作用随浓度升高而加强。4不同受体对亚洲百里香根茎叶水提取液的敏感程度不同,亚洲百里香根茎叶水提取液对不同受体种子的萌发的抑制率表现为:狗尾草﹥藜﹥反枝苋﹥虎尾草,对幼苗生长的抑制率表现为:狗尾草﹥反枝苋﹥虎尾草﹥藜。5亚洲百里香叶水提取液对狗尾草种子萌发和幼苗生长起抑制作用的主要为有机酸,其次为生物碱。

【Abstract】 This text studied the allelopathy of the Thymus serpyllum L. var.asiaticus. on weeds so as to supply the theory basis of the logical application of allelopathy ,exploitation of weeds-control by biology and new style herbicide. The research result as follows:1 Allelopathy of different harvesting time of organs of Thymus serpyllum L. var.asiaticus. had different effects on test plant. The restraining effect on weeds was best strong harvested at June and July. It indicated exploitation of weeds-control by biology and new style pesticide, harvested at June and July was optimal.2 Allelopathy of different organs of Thymus serpyllum L. var.asiaticus. had different effects on test plant, the order of restraining effect from strong to weak was leaf, stem, root. The result show that different harvesting time has remarkable effect on weeds of leaf, and little influence on weeds of stem and root Restraining effect of leaf on weeds was decline, and little variety of stem and root by different harvesting time, and little differentiate between stem and root.3 Water extract of stem and root of Thymus serpyllum L. var.asiaticus.promoted test plants’growth at low concentration but inhibited them at high, and inhibition became stronger as concentration higher.4 Restraining effect of water extract of organs of Thymus serpyllum L. var.asiaticus. on different test plants was different. Inhibitory rate of water extract of organs of Thymus serpyllum L. var.asiaticus. on seed germination order of restraining effect from strong to weak was Setaria viridis L. Beauv., Chenopodium album L., Amaranthus retroflexus L., Chloris virgata Swartz, and on seeding growth order of restraining effect from strong to weak was Setaria viridis L. Beauv., Amaranthus retroflexus L., Chloris virgata Swartz, Chenopodium album L..5 Primary component of restraining effect of water extract of leaf of Thymus serpyllum L. var.asiaticus. on germination and seeding growth of Setaria viridis L.Beauv. was organic acid next alkaloid.
