燃料电池汽车DC/DC变换器的虚拟仪器测试系统研究

【摘要】 燃料电池汽车(FCEV)是当前汽车工业的发展热点。DC/DC变换器作为其动力系统的关键零部件,需要进行大量的台架试验以获得与整车相匹配的各项性能参数。本论文主要对燃料电池汽车用DC/DC变换器的自动测试系统进行了研究,构建了基于PXI模块化硬件与LabVIEW软件环境的虚拟仪器测试平台。本文首先介绍了燃料电池汽车动力系统的特点以及降压式DC/DC变换器的工作原理。根据DC/DC变换器的台架试验概况与需求分析,提出了测试系统的体系拓扑结构。论文详细介绍了目前测试行业流行的虚拟仪器体系结构及PXI总线技术。通过系统选型,确定了电气参数、控制器参数、环境参数测试子系统的设计方案。其次确定了测试子系统信号传感器的选型,相应信号调理电路的硬件电路设计。分析了燃料电池汽车的CAN通信网络的构成,应用CAN接口卡对整车控制器节点进行模拟。本文还讨论了测试系统的电磁兼容性能(EMC),配置数据采集卡(DAQ)模拟输入通道以保持信号完整性,并提出了具体的抗干扰措施。最后本论文从测试系统的模块化软件设计出发,实现了不同测试子系统的测试数据、界面以及功能集成。在测试系统的信号处理部分,完成了基于LabVIEW的凯泽窗FIR数字滤波器设计,并通过MATLAB工具包进行结果验证。应用LabVIEW程序对数据采集卡的DAQmx驱动进行调用,并对CAN卡的DLL驱动进行封装调用,实现了各个测试子系统的软件设计。在DC/DC变换器台架试验现场对测试系统的软硬件进行了调试,试验数据表明测试系统各项参数符合精度要求,达到预定设计目标,并具有一定的扩展性。
【Abstract】 The development of Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV) becomes the new focus of Automobile Industry. DC/DC converter, one of the most important parts of the power system of FCEV, demands lots of bench tests to acquire the parameters matching with the FCEV. This thesis is focused on the research of the automatic testing system for DC/DC Converter in FCEV, and the virtual instrument testing structure is built based on the PXI modular hardware and LabVIEW application software environment.At first, the principle and specialty of the power system of FCEV and Buck DC/DC converter is introduced.The topology of DC/DC converter testing system is designed according to the bench test requirements. The fundamentals and structure of virtual instrumentation and PXI bus are discussed detailedly. With the system configuration option, the whole system is devided into electrical parameters, environmental parmeters and the controller parameters sub-system independently.Secondly, the selection of voltage, current and temperature transducer and relative signal conditioning circuits is analyzed. The CAN bus communication network in FCEV is also introduced, and the CAN interface card is applied to simulate the vehicle system controller node. Futhermore, the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) of testiong system is decribed, which includes the configuration of the analog input of Data Acquisition Card (DAQ) for the integrity of sinal and the measues taken to deal with the Electromagnetic inference.Finally in the light of modular software programming, the thesis presents the software integration of the data, function and user interface from different testing systems. The Kaiser widow FIR digital filter is also designed based on LabVIEW, and the results is testified by MATLAB. The DAQmx driver of DAQ and the DLL driver of CAN interface card is encapsulated and called in LabVIEW, thus the independent sub-testing system application could be set up correspondingly.The debugging of the testing system is excecuted in the DC/DC converter bench testing environment. The experimental data demonstrates that the resolution, which is flexible, expandable and general, successfully meets the precision standard and expecting testing requirements.
