涤纶织物的退浆和三防整理

【摘要】 本课题的研究是为了进一步优化对高密度涤纶织物的退浆工艺,精选退浆用剂,并自制复配性能优良的固体退浆剂LLC;同时为提高涤纶织物的“三防”功能,用日本大金公司生产的TC-410H有机氟树脂进行了防水防油性能的研究,优化了整理工艺。通过讨论影响涤纶织物退浆的各种因素及退浆工艺条件的优化,在进行正交试验的基础上,通过DPS软件的应用讨论市售退浆剂(液体退浆剂816和CDA、固体退浆剂DS)和自制复配固体退浆剂LLC对涤纶各因子和水平的极差及显著性SSR检验,讨论影响涤纶退浆的主要因素及最佳工艺条件,并对固体和液体退浆剂的退浆效果进行了分析和比较。本文还讨论了TC-410整理剂在涤纶染色织物上的“三防”整理效果和各种工艺因素,并测试了整理试样对染色织物表面色深值的影响。实验结果表明,固体退浆剂在涤纶织物上的退浆效果优于液体退浆剂,自制复配固体退剂LLC基本能去尽涤纶织物上的浆料;经TC-410H有机氟树脂整理的涤纶织物防水防油性能优良,K/S值变化率小。

【Abstract】 The purpose for this thesis is to further optimize the desizing process for polyester (PET) fabric, and select suitable desizing agents for this process. Furthermore, solid desizing agent LLC was made in the lab and tested in the experiments showing good performance for the desizing process. Simultaneously, in order to improve the water proofing, oil repellent and antifouling property of PET fabric, the organic fluorine resin TC-410H, produced by Dakin Co. Limited Japan, were used and tested for optimizing the process conditions. In the basis of orthogonal tests of desizing process for PET fabric, this thesis discussed the influencing factors for the process and the system was optimized. By the calculations of DPS software, the main factor and optimal process conditions for the desizing process were fixed and the performances with desizing agents bought from the market(liquid desizing agent 816 and CDA, solid desizing agent DS) and solid desizing regent LLC made in the lab were compared. Finally, the performance of resin TC-410H and the changes of K/S value for the tinct PET fiber after finishing were discussed.From the results of the experiments, it is shown that the performances of solid desizing agents are better than liquid ones. By using of solid desizing agent LLC, nearly all of the size in the PET fiber can be removed. Also, after the treatment with the TC-410H resin, the PET fabric has good property of water proofing, oil repellent and antifouling. Furthermore, the change of K/S value is limited.
