【摘要】 近年来,我国地方高校得到迅速发展,然而我国目前正处于社会转型时期,市场经济体制的不完善、法制的不健全、责任机制的不到位、道德观的扭曲和错位加之现行教育体制的弊端,种种不和谐因素强烈冲击着我国地方高校,使我国地方高校暴露出不少问题,公信力受到严重挑战。研究地方高校公信力不仅具有重要的理论价值,也具有很强的现实意义,一方面丰富了我国高等教育理论研究的内容,拓宽了我国高等教育理论研究的视野,深化了我国高等教育的实践改革,另一方面则引起地方高校关注自身问题,重视公信力建设,从而促进地方高校可持续的健康发展。本文在解读公信力的基础上,分析了公信力研究的相关理论及其内涵,并尝试对高校公信力进行了概念界定和特征分析,进而列举地方高校公信力缺失的种种表现,深入探析其缺失的原因,最后探讨我国地方高校公信力建设和提升的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, china’s local universities obtained the rapid development. However, our country is being in the social transition period at present. The market economy system, the responsibility mechanism and the legal system are imperfect as well as the distortion and dislocation of the moral outlook, the malpractice of the present education system’s all that are attacking our local universities intensely, making them expose many questions, and causing them to receive the serious challenge on the public trust.Studying the public trust of local universities not only has the important theory value, but also has the very strong practical significance. On the one hand, it has enriched our country’s higher education theory research, expanded the field of vision of our higher education theory research, deepened the practice reform of our higher education, on the other hand, it caused the local universities to pay attention to their own questions and take the public trust construction. Thus promotes the local universities sustainable healthy development.This article based on the foundation of explaining the public trust, analyzes the public trust’s correlation theories and the connotation, and attempts to make the concept limits and the characteristic analysis, then enumerated all sorts of performance of the flaw of the local universities, thoroughly analyzes and searched the reason, finally discussed the construction and the promotion strategy of our local universities.更多还原
