【摘要】 “知识就是力量”是大家都熟悉的一句赞颂科学真理的格言,而今,正是由于知识的力量,世界进入了蓬勃发展的知识经济时代。而知识管理也随着知识经济时代的到来,逐渐引起人们的关注,进而成为了一种实实在在的提升企业知识价值、增加企业竞争优势的重要管理方法。作为企业管理的一项基础性工作,企业档案管理工作必须不断适应环境的变化进行变革,以满足企业的需求为中心,实行知识化管理,充分利用和挖掘档案知识的价值,为提升企业的核心竞争力服务,这样才能使企业档案工作不断发展,这便是本文论述的主题。更多还原

【Abstract】 We are entering a new era—economic era, in which the knowledge is the most important factor of ecomic development. Enterprise archives are the main resource of enterprise knowledge, so it must be invovled in the knowledge management. The department of enterprise achives management should reform in order to the change of outer conditions to meet the needs of enterprise and fully realize the value of archive knowledge.更多还原
