我国成人高校教育投资效率研究

【摘要】 研究成人高校的投资效率,实际上是以成人高校教育过程中的经济活动及其效果为杠杆,围绕如何多出人才、出好人才的问题来分析学校的各项工作,包括学校人力、物力、财力的投入和使用、教学规模的扩大、教学质量的提高等。本论文通过对我国成人高校教育投资效率相关概念的界定及其理论的诠释,在反思现状的基础上,探索提高我国成人高校投资效率的策略。基于以上研究目的,本论文紧紧围绕“提高我国成人高校投资效率的策略研究”这一核心问题,运用了文献研究、比较研究。论文的主要研究内容如下:通过对相关数据的分析研究,结合查阅相关文献,本文认为我国成人高校的投资效率存在以下问题:人力、物力、财力资源投入不足,结构不合理;成人高校产出的数量不断扩大但质量不断降低;成人高校学校规模的扩大速度大于成人高校投入增加的速度;成人高校的投资管理不科学,成人高校的教育结构不合理。针对我国成人高校投资效率存在的问题,本文提出提高我国成人高校投资效率的措施:增加我国成人高校教育投入:规划我国成人高校的办学规模;加强我国成人高校的投资管理;调整我国成人高校的教育结构;提高我国成人高校的教育质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research of the investment efficiency on Adult College, actually is regard the process of economic activities and their results of adult higher education as a lever ,focus on the problems of how to product more talent, including the inputs and use of schools manpower, material and financial resources, the expansion of the teaching scale and the improving of the teaching quality .Through the definition of he related concept of our adult higher education investment efficiency and the interpretation of thier theories and on the basis of reflecting the status , this paper explore the strategy to improve the efficiency of China’s adult college investment. Based on the purpose of the above, this paper tightly around the core issues " the strategy to improve the efficiency of investment in China’s adult college investmen ", using literature study and comparative study. The main contents are as follows:Through the analysis of the data and referring to relevant documents this paper argues that China’s adult college investment efficiency exist the following problems: the insufficience of human, material and financial resources; the number of Adult College outputs are growing but the quality is declining ; the growing of Adult College is faster than inputs; the management is unscientific,the education structure is irrational. In view of the above problems this paper proposed measures to enhance the country’s adult college investment efficiency: increase the input to China’s Adult Higher Education; plan the scale of China’s Adult University School; strengthen our adult college investment management; adjust our adult college education structure and enhance the country’s adult college of the quality of education.更多还原
