【摘要】 伦理精神是教育的人文精神的核心,也是教学的坚定核心。成人教学伦理研究的是成人教学要素涉及的伦理道德问题,为成人教学树立善恶体系,彰显成人教学的伦理关怀。当前成人教学中存在着亟待解决的伦理危机,极大地影响了成人教学质量,制约着成人教育的发展,而关于成人教学伦理的研究却较为匮乏,因此加强成人教学伦理研究势在必行。本文在对相关历史文献梳理的基础上,对当前成人教学伦理的缺陷进行分析,并尝试构建现代成人教学伦理的框架。本文的突破点主要在于以伦理为核心的成人教学伦理架构,具体体现在以下几方面:首先,在分析当前我国成人教学目标严重异化的基础上,提出培养有能力和性善的成人,以使成人学习者成为“完人”,实现“乐生”为成人教学的目标;其次,针对当前成人教学内容中人文教育的严重缺失和德育内容弱化的现实,强调成人教学要实现科学内容与人文内容的整合,强化德育,赋予德育以时代内涵;再次,强调成人教学过程中教学方法的道德核定,倡导成人课堂教学中的师生平等交往,建立新的成人教学评价体系;最后,针对成人教师职业伦理缺失的现象,提出加强成人教师职业伦理的养成。成人教学伦理的构建将提升成人教学的伦理品性,开启成人教学的伦理智慧。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ethics is at the very core of humanism in education as well as in teaching. Continuing education ethics deals with ethical issues involved in continuing education so as to build a system of ethic values and give prominence to the ethical concern embodied in continuing education. At present, continuing education is confronted with ethical crisis which needs to be addressed urgently, because these problems obstruct the improvement of continuing education. Given the s(?)arcity in the research on the continuing education ethics, it is imperative to strengthen the research in this area. Based on the relevant literature, this paper looks into the shortcomings in the present-day continuing education ethics and attempts to construct a framework for modern continuing education ethics. This paper attaches great importance to the ethics-centered continuing education framework, which comprises the following aspects. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the alienation of teaching objectives of current continuing education, education in ethics should be strengthened so as to enable the adult learners be ability and good man, and to set enjoyable living as the goal of continuing education. Secondly, due to the lack of humane and ethical education in continuing education, scientific studies and humane studies should be incorporated in continuing education. Meanwhile, education in ethics should be enhanced and kept pace with the times. Thirdly, the ethical evaluation of teaching methodologies should be paid due attention to during the teaching process. Equality between the teachers and the students should be encouraged in classroom teaching. And a new teaching evaluation system should be set up. Lastly, based on the people-oriented ethics, the teacher’s professional ethics should be strengthened.
