我国优秀青年男子篮球运动员速度耐力素质研究

【摘要】 随着现代竞技水平的不断提高,竞争日趋激烈,作为竞技能力主要构成要素之一的体能发展水平在现代竞技运动中的地位越来越突出。探索和研究发展运动员体能的基本理论和方法,使体能训练更加科学化、系统化和最优化,已经成为现代运动训练不断求索的目标。近年来,体能已经成为中国竞技运动研究的热点,并取得了很多的成果,但总体看来还落后于训练实践,且已有的研究尚未形成系统、完整的认识。基于此,本文立足于国家体育总局篮球运动管理中心组织的全国青年男篮集中冬训的体能测试数据以及国家青年队在亚青赛和世青赛的表现,采用文献资料法、指标测定法、比较分析法、数理统计法等具体方法,对我国优秀青年男子篮球运动员的速度耐力素质进行研究,得出以下结论。1、目前对于篮球体能的研究已经成为理论研究的热点和重点,但对于构成篮球体能的单因素的研究国内尚很少涉及,对于我国优秀青年男子篮球运动员的单因素的体能研究更是少见,体能重要组成部分的速度耐力素质便是其中之一。2、在生理学方面,篮球比赛中三种能源比例很难一概而论,篮球专项速度耐力的供能主要是无氧供能,且速度耐力主要体现在保持反复进行的短距离,高强度间歇运动的能力。3、目前我国青年男篮的教练员配备存在问题,没有专门的体能教练,教练员均是专业运动员出身,对于体能训练的认识存在误区,对于体能训练理论很少涉及,对于有氧耐力训练重视不够。4、通过历届篮球世青赛的名次及以第七届世青赛为例进行数据分析和比赛观摩,从中可以看出中国青年队与世界强队的与速度耐力素质相关的投篮命中率、抢篮板球以及抢断次数的差距很明显。5、通过对在冬训中与速度耐力素质相关的速度素质和有氧耐力水平进行比较、分析,发现三者间有着高度的相关性,从而为提高速度耐力素质水平的训练提供了可供参考的理论支持。6、通过对于05、06年的速度耐力素质的水平比较分析,发现青年男篮的速度耐力水平横向比较并没有明显的提高,反而有下降趋势。7、对于速度耐力素质的测试方法,06年以前所采用的是全场变距三次折返跑,07年采用的新的方法:速度耐力跑。两种方法均是无球的全场跑动。
【Abstract】 As the improvement of the modern athletics, competition is getting furious. As one of the main components of athletic capability, physical capability is becoming more and more important in modern athletics. Exploring and researching some basic theories and methods to make physical capability training more scientific, systematic and optimal has been popular in modern athletic training. In theses years, physical capability has become a spotlight in research on the Chinese athletics, which has obtained much good achievement. In general, such research falls behind practice in some way, and is still not systemic and integrate enough in cognition.Based on the physical ability data collected from the National Young Men Basketball Winter Training which organized by the Basketball Administration Center of the State General Administration of Sports, and the performances on the Asian Young Men Basketball Games and the World Young Men Basketball Games played by the National Young Men Basketball Team, this dissertation analyzes the speed endurance quality of Chinese elite young men basketball athletes in the methods of literal classification, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics, so as to find out its disadvantages and provide references as well.This dissertation comes up with the following conclusions:1、At present, studies on the physical ability in basketball are becoming hotspot and keystone in sport study, but studies on the single factor in physical ability in basketball are not much, such studies for the elite young men athletes are even rare. Speed endurance quality is one of the important elements.2、Physiologically, the proportion of the three energy sources in basketball games is changeable. Energy supply for specialized speed endurance in basketball is anaerobic. And specialized speed endurance appears in the ability of high-strength interim movement which happens in iterative short-way movement.3、At present, the scheme of young men basketball coaches in China is under correction. There is no specialized physical ability coach and most of the coaches are former professional athletes. They might lack correct understanding of professional physical ability training, underweight the importance of physical ability training theory and aerobic endurance training.4、By analyzing the data collected from the all-time standings at World Young Men Basketball Games and the 7th World Young Men Basketball Games, the author found that the Chinese Team fall far behind the good teams throughout the world in shooting rate, rebounds and steals, which relates closely to speed endurance quality.5、By comparing and analyzing the speed quality and aerobic endurance level related to speed endurance quality, the author found the altitudinal correlation between the three parties, so as to provide theoretical support for speed endurance quality training.6、By comparing and analyzing the performances in the games of 2005 and 2006, the author found that the speed endurance quality level of Chinese young men basketball athletes is descending.7、For the testing methods of speed endurance quality, three-time full-court turning running is used before 2006, and a new method is used from 2007 on, that is, speed endurance running. Both of the methods are based on full-court running without ball.
