个性化教学的涵义及其实施策略探讨

【摘要】 教育个性化思潮是当今世界范围内一股重要的教育思潮。受此影响,近十几年来,“个性化教学”越来越成为我国基础教育改革研究的热点,但在实际教学活动中,我们却少有看到真正意义上的个性化教学。这一方面与划一性教学的传统根深蒂固有关,与应试教育的巨大压力有关,与班级规模过大等教学条件的限制有关,另一方面对个性化教学相关理论研究的不足也是一个不可忽视的重要原因。因此,本文试图在对个性化教学内涵探讨的基础上,对其在实施中的问题、原因及其实施策略作进一步的探析。全文共分三个部分:第一部分,对个性化教学的概念及内涵进行分析。在对个性以及有关个性化教学的概念和内涵已有研究分析的基础上对个性化教学的概念进行界定并进一步分析个性化教学的内涵。第二部分,实施个性化教学的问题及其原因分析。个性化教学在实践中取得了一定的进展,但是也存在很多的问题。应试教育环境、对学生的评价标准问题、个性化教学本身的一些局限性以及其自身理论研究的欠缺都对个性化教学的实施造成了很大的困难。第三部分,个性化教学的实施策略探讨。提出实施个性化教学,首先要树立个性化教学观。要革新学生发展评价标准并测查学生,在教学中实施灵活的教与学策略,要积极实践,为个性化教学创造良好的条件并要加强对个性化教学相关理论的深入研究。
【Abstract】 Personalized education is one of the important education trend in world today. Thus, the personalized education is becoming a hot topic in our fundamental education reform these years. But we seldom meet the real personalized education in the practical teaching activities. On one hand, it concerns with some facts like the ingrained influence of the unified teaching, the great pressure of the examination-oriented education and too big class-scale. On another hand, it concerns with the problems of theoretical research on personalized teaching. Therefore, this thesis tries to probe into the problems and strategy in the implementing progress of personalized teaching after discussing the meaning of it. This thesis divides into three parts.In the first part, this thesis gives a clear definition and meaning of personalized teaching.In the second part, this thesis p discusses the history first, then it robes into the problems and reasons in implementing personalized teaching. Personalized teaching meets many problems when it makes a progress in practical activities. Personalized teaching has many difficulties because of the examination-oriented education and the defects of research to personalized teaching.In the third part, this thesis discusses the implementing strategy of personalized teaching. First of all, we should check the students; secondly, we should provide conditions for personalized teaching; thirdly, personalized instruction and personalized learning are requested in personalized teaching.
