【摘要】 传统的观光旅游已经不能满足人们精神的需求,随着经济的增长和带薪假期的增加,休闲旅游将逐渐成为人们休息放松、陶冶情趣、创造生活的重要方式。因此,以休闲为主要目的的休闲旅游将成为旅游业的支柱。中国的休闲研究虽晚于国外,但必将得到进一步发展。环巢湖旅游区顺应时代发展的潮流,开发了休闲农业、度假村、休闲公园、休闲体育等休闲旅游产品,以求促进安徽旅游的中部崛起及实现旅游结构从观光旅游到休闲旅游的转变。通过SWOT分析表明,环巢湖旅游区休闲旅游开发具有资源、区位、交通以及市场等优势,面临着环境污染、多头管辖以及资金短缺等劣势;虽然政府的高度重视、滨水旅游的兴起以及加入WTO和北京奥运会的举办会带来巨大发展机遇,但同时也要面对旅游业激烈的竞争以及不确定因素日益增多等的威胁。从环巢湖旅游区休闲旅游开发的实际出发,提出了政府主导、企业合作,拓宽融资渠道,加强与周边地区的合作,治理旅游环境,创立优质品牌等建议,以期提升环巢湖地区休闲旅游能力,促进休闲旅游的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional sightseeing traveling already could not satisfy the spirit demand of people , along with the economical growth and the paid vacation increase, the leisure traveling will become the way of people to rest the relaxation, influences the appeal, the creation life important. Therefore, take the leisure as the main purpose leisure traveling will become the prop of the tourism. Although China’s leisure research late in overseas, but will certainly to obtain the further development.The link Lake Chaohu tourist area accommodation time development current, has developed leisure traveling products and so on leisure agriculture, country club, leisure park, leisure sports, in order to promotes middle rise of Anhui travels and the realization transformation of traveling structure from the sightseeing travels to the leisure traveling. Indicated through the SWOT analysis, leisure traveling development in Lake Chaohu tourist area have superiority on resources, position, transportation and market, faced with the environmental pollution, the manifold is governing as well as the fund short and so on the inferiority; Although the government highly takes, shore water traveling starting as well as joins WTO and the Beijing Olympic Games conducts can bring the huge development opportunity, but also must face the tourism keen competition as well the threat from inside of tourist area.Embarked from the development reality of link Lake Chaohu tourist area leisure traveling, proposed the government led, the enterprise cooperation, the development financing channel, the enhancement and the peripheral locality cooperation, the government traveling environment, and establishment high quality brand to promotion link Chaohu area leisure traveling ability and traveling leisure sustainable development.更多还原
