AM60B合金压铸工艺及性能研究

【摘要】 镁合金是最轻的工程金属材料之一,具有很好的比强度、比刚度等性能,特别适合制造要求重量轻、强度高、减震降噪的工程结构部件和要求一定强度的壳类零件。镁合金低熔点、低比热及冲型速度快等优点,极其适合于用现代压铸技术进行成形加工。现代科技和相关产业技术的发展,使镁合金的应用范围迅速扩展,特别是在汽车工业和电子信息获得大量应用。论文以压铸镁合金AM60B作为研究材料,承接上一届研究生在正交试验基础上所得出的最佳水平,通过熔炼、精炼、冷室压铸等工艺进一步获得测试试样,通过物理机械性能的测试和显微组织的观察,对工艺参数作深一步细化和验证。研究方法是以浇注温度、模具温度、压射速度和压射比压四个参数作为研究对象,将其中的三个工艺参数控制在最佳水平上,研究另一个参数对AM60B合金流动性能、力学性能、组织性能以及铸件热裂纹等缺陷的影响规律。对镁合金材料的压铸工艺—结构组织—性能变化之间的相互关系进行了较深入系统的研究。试验结果表明:当浇注温度为680℃、模具温度为180℃、压射速度为3.0m/s、压射比压为75MPa,AM60B合金可以获得良好的显微组织、铸造性能和力学性能,抗拉强度可达223MPa,伸长率达10.5%,HBS59。通过试验和分析,严格控制镁合金熔液冶金质量及选取本课题探索的工艺参数,在冷室压铸条件下试制了外观优良的AM60B镁合金零件。进一步验证了试验的正确性和试验数据地可靠性。进一步为镁合金的工业化生产提供理论依据和实践根据。

【Abstract】 Magnesium alloy is one of the lightest metal materials of the project. It has good mechanical properties at strength, stiffness and others, particularly suitable for manufacture light weight, high strength, reducing noise and the structural components of the project and shell parts requires strength. Magnesium alloys has the advantages of low melting point, lower heat, fast speed and so on, which is very suitable for forming and processing by modern casting technology. With modern science and related industrial technology development, the application of magnesium alloys rapidly expand, particularly access to large-scale application in the automobile industry, electronics and information.Papers is made die-casting AM60B magnesium alloy as research material,and on the basis of the best standards derived by the Graduate though orthogonal test, then through melting, refining, and cold chamber die-casting technology, further testing samples is made. Through physical and mechanical properties testing and microstructure observation, the process parameters is refined and valided deeply.The research methods are that the four parameters are made as the research object, which are pouring temperature, mold temperature, velocity and pressure of injection .Then keeping three of the process parameters stability on the best level, studying another affected flow properties, mechanical properties, organizational performance, thermal cracks and defects casting of AM60B alloy. The relationships on the casting process -structure - performance of magnesium alloy materials are made by the way of whole research.The results show that good microstructure , casting properties and mechanical properties of AM60B alloy can be made. Tensile strength is up to 223 MPa, elongation rate is 10.5%, HBS is 59. when the pouring temperature of 680℃, mold temperature of 180℃, pressure-velocity of 3.5 m/s, pressure of 75 MPa are unchanged.Through testing and analysis, strictly controling the molten magnesium alloys and metallurgical quality, then selecting process parameters on the topic, we can achieve the AM60B magnesium alloy parts with fine appearance under the condion on cold chamber die casting. Tests further proved the correctness and reliability of the test data. It also further provided the oretical basis and the practical accordance for the industrial productions of magnesium alloy.
