云南固定资产投资增长分析（1980—2006）

【摘要】 投资、消费和出口被称为拉动经济增长的三驾“马车”。固定资产投资作为拉动经济增长的主要动力,在经济发展过程中起着举足轻重的作用。基于投资对经济增长的拉动作用,本文立足云南经济发展的实际状况,从固定资产投资角度出发,分析云南固定资产投资的增长规模、结构变化、投资效益以及投资对经济增长的影响,探究促进云南固定资产投资合理增长的方向。本文从国内外有关投资与经济增长关系的相关理论和模型出发,对云南经济发展和固定资产投资规模、投资的结构进行多角度的测度分析,采用SPSS软件和弹性分析方法对云南固定资产投资和GDP的关系进行分析。并对促进固定资产投资合理增长进行了思考。本文分析的主要内容:一是综述国内外相关的固定资产投资促进经济增长理论研究成果。二是对云南(1980—2006)固定资产投资与经济增长状况进行测度。三是云南固定资产投资对经济增长的影响分析。四是云南固定资产投资结构变化分析。五是对云南固定资产投资中存在的主要问题——投资总量不足、投资产业结构不合理、地区投资不均衡、投资的再生产结构不符合发展规律等进行分析。六是从固定资产投资规模、投资结构、改革投融资体制,建立多元化的资本市场体系、转变政府职能,创新政府投资方式、合理分布投资的空间配置、争取国家对西部大开发的政策性投资、加快GMS区域的投资合作几个方面对促进云南固定资产投资合理增长进行了思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The investment, the expense and the exportation are called the troika which fuel economic growth .As the main driving power , the investment in the fixed assets is playing pivotal role in the economy developing process. According to the Western economics multiplicator principle and the addend principle, there are the relations which mutually promotes and mutually restrict between the investment in the fixed assets and the economical growth.Based on the investment stimulation to economic growth, according to the actual situation of Yunnan economic development, from the perspective of investment in fixed assets , the paper analysed Yunnan scale of fixed asset investment growth, structural changes, investment returns, and the fixed assets investment affection to economic growth, and explore the direction which promote the fixed assets investment rationale growed. From the number of theoretical study and model about the domestic and foreign investment and economic growth, the paper makes a multi-angle analysis of the development of Yunnan’s economy and the scale of investment, the investment structure . Using SPSS software and flexible methods, the paper make analysis between Yunnan investment and GDP . At the same time, made recommendations to Yunnan economic development.The main contant of this article as follow: First, from the theory of domestic and foreign, the paper presents and analyzes the role which fixed assets investment promotes economic development. Second, make the analysis about the growth between Yunnan investment and economic growth(1980-2006) . Third , impact analysis were done about Yunnan fixed asset investment to economic growth. Forth, the analysis about Yunnan structural changes of investment in fixed assets. Fifth, the paper presents the major problems in Yunnan investment, such as the total lack of investment, investment unreasonable industrial structure, the imbalance in investment, the investment structure is not consistent with reproduction . Sixth, the paper made a reasonable think , from the investment scale and structure of investment, reform of the investment and financing systems, a diversified capital market system, the transformation of government functions, innovation government investment, and increase investment in science and technology education, investment in a reasonable distribution of space configurations, the investment policies for the western countries development, acceleration the GMS region Domain investment and cooperation in the promotion of economic growth in Yunnan Province.更多还原
