【摘要】 桥梁安全评估是目前国内外研究的热点问题,随着许多新技术如计算机技术和3S技术(全球系统、地理信息系统、遥感技术)的飞速发展,在桥梁健康评判领域融入新技术新方法具有更为现实的意义。本文开展课题组“桥梁健康评判的GIS应用”工作,以某一区域桥梁为例,编制了一个具有GIS(地理信息系统)特有功能的桥梁健康评判程序,引入现行的公路桥涵养护规范中的综合评定法,对该区域所有桥梁进行技术状况评判,并把评判结果显示在地图上,供有关部门查询应用。本文首先概述了桥梁使用现状,国内外桥梁评判方法以及地理信息系统研究状况,介绍了本文的研究目的及意义和研究工作。接着分析了桥梁健康评判的GIS应用系统的开发方法,开发工具及地理信息系统在其中实现的功能,提出了系统的数据结构,并以昆明某一区域内的桥梁为研究对象,编制了相关的程序模块,主要是地理信息与属性信息相结合,从而使各类信息可视化。利用地理信息系统特有专题分析功能将数据以统计图形式注于地图上,令分析更为直接。文章按照软件系统工程的要求,以“桥梁健康评判的GIS应用”为例,介绍了利用Visual Basic编程软件做开发平台,采用基于OLE自动化的开发的方式传送MapBasic语言或MapInfo命令对MapInfo进行操作,并且以数据库工具Access为外部关系数据库管理桥梁相关信息。文中介绍了地理信息系统开发平台MapInfo Professional,MapX的有关知识;文章对整个软件系统的设计思想、体系结构、基本处理流程、模块划分、功能分配、数据结构设计等进行了描述;重点对系统中GIS模块及桥梁基础信息、检测信息和评判模块的设计思想、模块结构进行了说明,对具体实现进行了详细描述,并给出了整个系统的测试结果。

【Abstract】 Now it’s a hot research on the health and safety evaluation of bridges.With many new technologies developing fast,such as computer and 3S(GPS,GIS,RS),it’s more meaning realistically to use these new technologies and methods in civil engineering.In this paper, to beginning with the works of "the bridge health evaluation system of GIS-applied" in the task team,some bridges in a certain area as a example,a procedure of health judging by the provided method from actual maintaining criterion evaluate the state of technique on every bridge,showing the results on the map.So the government of bridge management could convenient inquire and analyze these results.In the beginning,it is summarized that the status quo of bridge using and the researches on bridge health evaluating method and GIS in the whole world,the meaning and the contents of the work in this paper is introduced.Then the method,the tools and the functions which are based on the GIS in designing Bridge health evaluation is analyzed, bringing forward the structures of data in this system.Taking some bridges in a certain area as an example,the procedure code of modules is designed,which is to link the geography information and property data,making all types of information visualized and labeling the data on the map in the style of statistics chart realized by the function of theme particular to GIS.So it is directly and vivid to analyze and use the data.According to the demand of software engineering,the paper takes the bridge health evaluating method in the application to GIS for a example,introducing that the application software for Visual Basic is regarded as platform,adopting that the exploitation mode based on OLE-automatization is that the command is executed by sending the instruction of map basic or mapinfo from the application software of Visual Basic to mapinfo,making use of the data-base of access to memory the bridges inspection data.In this paper,it is introduced about the platform of the GIS software,such as MapInfo Professional and mapx. And this paper explains in detail the idea of designing the software system,the structure of the bridge health evaluating system based on GIS,the flow of procedure,the assignment of all functions and the design of the data frame.It is important to program the GIS module, the module of bridge information and inspection data and bridge evaluating module.At last, the bridge health evaluation based on GIS is tested in order to examine the correctness.
