汽车主减速器螺旋锥齿轮参数化建模与有限元分析

【摘要】 螺旋锥齿轮副的大小齿轮具有大小相等、方向相反的螺旋角,其重合度明显大于直齿锥齿轮副,因此在高速运转时噪音和振动显著减少,同时螺旋锥齿轮副的小齿轮的齿数可以相对减少,从而得到较大的传动比和紧凑的结构,正因为螺旋锥齿轮有这些优点,所以在汽车主减速器齿轮中得到了广泛的应用。但是传统的弧齿锥齿轮设计过程繁冗,效率低,采用传统的设计方法设计一组较为合理的螺旋锥齿轮副要反复修正参数、多次校核计算,花费很长时间才能实现。螺旋锥齿轮传动过程中包含齿轮的接触,而且随着齿轮的转动或变形,接触位置和接触区域的大小均是变化的,因此,齿轮啮合是多个非线性问题互相耦合的复杂问题,在对螺旋锥齿轮进行有限元接触应力的计算分析时需要准确追踪接触前齿对的运动及接触后齿对之间的相互作用。文章针对螺旋锥齿轮的设计以及校核上的一些缺点,首先研究了汽车主减速器螺旋锥齿轮的参数化建模方法,应用UG二次开发语言,进行汽车主减速器螺旋锥齿轮模块的开发;然后利用ANSYS的数据接口,将中生成的CAD几何模型导入ANSYS,重点分析有限元模型建立过程中单元类型的选择以及网格的划分对计算精度和计算时间的影响,建立了合理的有限元分析模型,对螺旋锥齿轮进行有限元接触应力以及齿根弯曲应力的分析,在一个啮合周期内,分析汽车主减速器螺旋锥齿轮从零速带载启动至低速和正常速度两种工况下的受力情况,得出螺旋锥齿轮在啮合过程中齿轮的接触状态,接触应力,齿根弯曲应力随啮合位置变化的规律;文章还分析汽车主减速器螺旋锥齿轮的摸态特性,计算出齿轮的前六阶固有自振动频率,并定性的提出减小齿轮的振动的一些措施。最后对全文进行了总结,并提出了文章的一些不足和展望。

【Abstract】 The spiral angle are equal and direction are opposite between the large and the small gear, the spiral bevel gear have lower noise and liberation than other gear, and the important is that number of the small gear can reduce comparatively, so we can get larger transmission ratio and compact space, the spiral bevel are popular in automobile industry. But the traditional designing mean of spiral bevel gear is complex and inefficient, it will take large of time to design a group of spiral bevel gear, meanwhile we need to correct and calculate again and again.In this paper, according to disadvantage of the above-mentioned designing and analyzing, research how to complete parameter model designing of spiral bevel gear accurately in short time on the base of modern method on the base of UG Second Development Language, and establish the final drive spiral bevel gear parameter model. Then with the date interface of ANSYS this software, import the CAD spiral bevel gear parameter model into the ANSYS, and emphasis on the analyzing the impact to accurate and time of accounting which cause by the selecting of cell types and the meshing style, then complete finite element analyzing model reasonably, afterward, complete the analyzing of the spiral bevel gear’s contact stress and bend stress when the spiral bevel gears gear. This analyzing include two aspect of rotate speed situation: the lower rotate speed and the normal rotate speed, then we can obtain the variety rule of contact stress, contact station and bend stress in the wake of progress of the spiral bevel gears gear. In addition, analyze the modal performance of the spiral bevel gear, obtain the strain diagram and modal parameters. At last the author gives some pieces of advice to go on working on this object.
