深溪沟大桥施工控制仿真分析研究

【摘要】 近年来,钢管混凝土拱桥以其独特的结构性能和优美的外观造型在我国境内得到了非常迅猛的发展。随着钢管混凝土拱桥施工技术的发展,人们逐渐认识到了施工控制技术在施工中的重要性。钢管混凝土拱桥的施工是一个非常复杂的过程,为了保证最终的成桥线形和受力状态满足设计要求,在施工过程中进行实时监测与控制是十分必要的。本文以四川省汉源县深溪沟大桥为背景,研究了钢管混凝土拱桥施工技术与控制技术的各种相关问题。包括钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋的架设、施工阶段仿真分析计算和施工过程中桥梁结构的线形、应力与索力的监测与控制。主要内容如下:(1)简单叙述了钢管混凝土拱桥在国内外的起源和发展情况,总结了钢管混凝土拱桥最重要的两个优点。举例说明了在桥梁施工中不进行监控的危害,概述了桥梁施工控制理论在国内外的发展情况,介绍了现阶段钢管混凝土拱桥施工控制的理论和方法;(2)总结钢管混凝土拱桥的主要施工方法,简要分析了各种施工方法的优缺点及其适用范围,着重介绍了缆索吊装法和转体施工法这两种现阶段比较常用的施工方法,概述了管内混凝土灌注的泵送顶升法和管内混凝土灌注质量的检测,详细介绍了深溪沟大桥的整个施工过程;(3)介绍了桥梁施工过程的仿真分析方法和结构分析计算的有限单元法,分析了扣索单元影响仿真计算结果的两个因素,并在本文的仿真计算中对扣索单元进行了正确的处理,总结了扣索索力计算的零弯矩法和零位移法,利用有限元软件建立模型模拟了深溪沟大桥拱肋吊装和灌注管内混凝土的施工过程,并得到了相应的计算结果;(4)介绍了深溪沟大桥施工中的线形监控、应力监控与索力监控三大内容,详细介绍了各项监控的监测原理、测点的布置和具体的监测方法。将现场实测的桥梁线形、应力与索力结果同仿真分析的计算结果进行比较,根据比较结果找出施工过程中产生误差的原因,并给出了相应的对策。本文以拱肋的吊装施工和管内混凝土的灌注为研究主线,对拱肋变形及应力进行双控,以变形控制为主,严格控制各节段控制点的高程和横向偏位的变化,同时兼顾应力的发展,最终使钢管混凝土拱桥安全顺利的合拢并成桥通车。

【Abstract】 In recent years,CFST Arch Bridge has developed very quickly for its special structure properties and beautiful appearance.As the development of construction technology on CFST Arch Bridge,people gradually realize the importance of the construction control technology.The construction of CFST Arch Bridge is a very coplex process,In order to ensure the final alignment and force state of the bridge to meet the design requirements,it is very necessary to make a real-tmie monitorization and control in the construction process.Taking the Shen xigou bridge which is under constructed in Hanyuan city of Sichuan province as an example,some technical problems about CFST arch bridge’s construction and constrcution are studied,among which are the construcion technology of CFST arch bridge,the simulation analysis and calculation on the construcion process,and the monitorization and control of sectional stress,structural defor location and cable stress.The main contents are summarized as follow:(1)Briefly describing the origin and development of CFST arch bridge,outlines the development of bridge construcion control theory,and takes examples to express the harms of no construction control in construction process,and briefly introduces the theory and methods of constrution control on CFST arch bridge;(2)In this article,a brief summarization of the main construction methods of CFST arch bridge,and it is analyzed briefly that which kind of construction methods will be used in different types,and two main methods of the cable crane-assembly method and the rotation method are emphasized.Introduces the lefting and pumping method of CFST arch bridge and tests the quality of concrete,and introduces the whole construction process of Shen Xigou Bridge in detail;(3)Introducing the simulation analysis methods in bridge’s construction process and the FEM of frame analysising.Analysising the two factors of cable unit impacting simulation results and makes a right treatment to the cable unit in the article,and summing up the zero defor location method and the zero moment method of cable stress calculation.Setting up model by used the FEM software to simulate the constrution process,then analysis and calculation on it,and receiving some corresponding results; (4)Introducing three main monitorizations of defor lation,sectional stress and cable stress in the Shen Xigou construction process,and introducing the theories of monitorization,the layout of measuring points and the monitor methods of every monitorization in detail,the comparing the alignment and force results which measured in the real constrution with the results of simulatoin analysis and calculation,According to the results of this comparison to find out the reasons for the errors in construction.This article takes the construction of arch rib and Concrete reperfusion as the main line,contorls the arch rib’s defor location and stress,and the defor location is emphasized,and controls the coordinates changes of every arch rib sections,and takes care the stress changes of arch rib at the same time,and makes sure the CFST can be closed and Construction completed safely and smoothly at last.
