【摘要】 在全球经济一体化和我国经济快速发展的背景下,物流业正日益成为国民经济的支柱产业和新的经济增长点,物流园区对区域经济的拉动作用也日趋明显,因此,全国各地都在大力地规划建设物流园区,但是这股热潮也给一些地区带来了负面影响,其关键是没有根据当地的经济发展水平合理地确定物流园区的功能和规模,没有全面的考虑环境条件而过多地追求经济效益,从而大量物流园区的建设不是造成大量土地的闲置,就是低水平的重复建设而浪费大量的资源,以致严重影响了社会与生态环境,以牺牲环境来求发展。因此新型的物流网络节点——生态型物流园的产生就具备了必要条件,这既是经济、社会与环境发展的要求,也是和谐社会的必然产物。生态型物流园的规划建设与运营要求科学合理进行物流园区的选址与功能定位,它通过成员之间的基础设施的共享、信息交换的通畅、能量和废水的逐级利用等来体现相互协调、共生共存的可持续发展的思想,是一个包括自然、产业和社会的地域综合体,是经济系统、生态系统和社会系统结合而形成的具有一定结构和功能的新型物流组织形态。本文基于这样的理念,利用集成的研究方法,借鉴工业生态学、生态位理论、物流园区、绿色物流等多种理论知识的思想,研究将生态学理念应用于物流园区,从而建设符合环境发展的生态型物流园。文章通过文献调查、理论研究、专家咨询与物流园区跟踪调查,以及定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,论述了国内外生态工业园与绿色物流的研究现状及发展趋势,阐述了生态型物流园的内涵特征、功能、形成动力、形成过程与影响因素等,重点研究了生态型物流园的建设发展模式、运营管理模式与盈利的实现模式。同时,本文又考虑到现存大量的物流园区,引入了生态位适宜度的概念对物流园区进行综合评价,提出如何找出物流园区与生态型物流园的差距,从而有重点地加以改进,向符合时代发展的生态型物流园转变。生态型物流园的研究与建设是一个复杂、综合的系统工程,本文所进行的研究也许不十分完善,但相信本文的研究成果对我国生态型物流园的建设与发展具有一定的促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the background of the global economic integration and China’s rapid economic development,the logistics industry is increasingly becoming a pillar industry of the national economy and a new economic growth point.Logistics Park’s driving function to the regional economy are becoming increasingly appear. Therefore,all parts of our country are vigorously building or planning to build Logistics Park.But this boom also brought the negative impact,and the main reason is that Logistics Park’s functions and scale are not in accordance with the local economic development level.The absence of comprehensive consideration of environmental conditions and excessive pursuit of economic efficiency brought the problems that a lot of land idled or low-level redundant construction and wasted a lot of resources in the course of Logistics Park’s building.These problems seriously impact the social and ecological environment,and the development of Logistics Park is resulted in the expense of environment.So it is provided with the necessary conditions for the new logistics network node-Ecological Logistics Park’s appearance.The Ecological Logistics Park is not only for the requirements of economic,social and environmental development,but also the inevitable product of a harmonious society.The construction and operation for Ecological Logistics Park should give a scientific and reasonable location and function.They embodied the sustainable development idea of mutual coordinated,and the co-existence through the sharing of infrastructure,obstructing of information exchange and the reusing of energy and wastewater.The Ecological Logistics Park is a complex for natural, industry and society.It is the new form of logistics organizations which is holding a certain structure and function,and it is made up of the economic system,the ecological system and the social system.Based on this concept,utilizing integration research methodology and using industrial ecology,niche theory,Logistics Parks,green logistics and other theoretical knowledge,the thesis researched that the ecological concepts was applied to the Logistics Park to build Ecological Logistics Park which is in line with the development of the environment.Through reference survey,theory research and expert consultation,as well as the method combining of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the thesis discussed the status quo and development trend of eco-industrial park and green logistics on both at home and abroad;expatiated on the concept,functions,evolution momentum,evolution course and impact factors of Ecological Logistics Park.The thesis focused on researching the building and developing model,the operating and management model and the profitable model of Ecological Logistics Park.At the same time,the thesis also took into account the large number of Logistics Park and adopted Niche Fitness to give integrated evaluation on them.Then Logistics Park could get the difference towards Ecological Logistics Park,and could be improved to focus on the changes in Ecological Logistics Park which accords with development of the times.The research and development on Ecological Logistics Park is the complex and integrated system engineering.Though this thesis may not be very complete,I believe the research have certain promoting effect for building and developing of our Ecological Logistics Park.更多还原
