成品低噪胎花纹参数辨识系统

【摘要】 现代社会不断进步,车辆的与日俱增是城市化进程的加快的必然结果,交通噪声已日益成为当代最主要的噪声来源之一。当车速大于70公里/小时时,轮胎花纹噪声便成为车辆噪声的主要噪声源。因而,轮胎花纹噪声控制的研究不但有深远的理论意义,并且具有巨大的现实意义。国外主要发达国家对轮胎花纹噪声的研究比国内早,而且研究成果也比国内成熟,近些年来国外对轮胎的噪声指标控制越来越重视,我国的轮胎出口也必须重视轮胎噪声这一重要参数。国内众多轮胎生产厂家想借鉴和学习国外优秀轮胎的设计成果和设计方法,希望从优秀成品轮胎中提取轮胎花纹包括花纹周期,花纹节距,节距比例,花纹块,花纹槽,花纹错位等重要的结构参数,从中找到低噪声轮胎花纹设计的优秀方法作为参考。在以前的研究过程中,我们已经成功研制出TNS和ODS低噪声轮胎分析和优化软件,提供了一套由给定轮胎设计参数的情况下,对轮胎花纹的低噪声性能进行分析和优化的方案。如果我们设计出一种对成品低噪声轮胎进行各种结构参数辨识的系统,将辨识的结果直接分析,就可以得到其中的一些优秀的轮胎设计方法。本文从轮胎花纹的结构参数入手,首先将整周轮胎花纹图案扫描进入电脑,然后图像二值化为0和1组成的矩阵,将该矩阵按列平均分成四份,判断花纹周期性,在花纹图像上查找重复区域,从而判断轮胎花纹的节距信息,花纹块采用种子填充和轮廓提取的方法得到面积等主要参数,花纹槽采用循环向下搜索得到槽顶点,进而得到花纹槽长度、宽度、倾斜度、弯曲度等主要参数,花纹错位直接采用移位比较的方法进行辨识。本文还提出了低噪声轮胎花纹结构参数的手工快速辨识方法,只需要直尺,量角器,刻满圆圈的自制模板就可以将轮胎花纹的周期,块,槽的各种参数信息快速识别出来,从而避免了计算机识别复杂的开发工作,并且缩短了开发周期。本成果对各大轮胎生产厂家借鉴国内外优秀轮胎花纹设计方案,缩短设计时间,节约资源,有很高的使用价值。

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of the amount of vehicles in the city,traffic noise has nowadays more and more become the main source of noise.When cars are at speeds above 70km/h,tread pattern noise becomes the dominant source of noise.Therefore,the research on tread pattern noise control not only has far-reaching theoretical importance,but also has abundant practical value.Major developed countries put in earlier research than China,and research results are more mature than China.In recent years,developed countries pay more attention to noise control.China’s tire export must also attach importance to the tire noise. Many domestic tire manufacturers would like to study abroad and learn from excellent results and the design method of tire.They hope that they can learn the tire tread patterns including cycle,pitch,the pitch ratio,block,slot,dislocation and other important parameters of the structure from outstanding productsIn previous research,we have successfully developed a low-noise TNS and ODS tire analysis and optimization software.And provide an analysis and optimization program from a given design parameter of low-noise tire.If we design a product of a low-noise tire various structural parameter identification system,we can analysis the identification directly.And therefore,we can get some of these outstanding tire design method.Based on tire structural parameter,scan the tire picture into the computer firstly. And then transform the picture into 0-1 matrix.Divide the matrix into four same small matrix.Then judge tire’s cyclical pattern,in addition,look for the same area in the matrix as tire pitch.After we identify the area of tire block with contour extraction and seed-filling,we can get the parameters of tire slot such as length,width, inclination and bending.Compare the picture in shift location to identify tire dislocationThis paper gives a new quickly manual method of identification of structural parameter.We can scan all kinds of parameters such as block,slot,cycle and so on only with ruler,protractor and self-made template with cycles,and therefore avoid complex computer recognition program development..This result can provide a method of learning excellent tire design for tire-made enterprises.They also can reduce time of design,save resource and it has very high value of project.
