斜纽节距轮胎花纹噪声仿真及优化系统的研究

【摘要】 汽车行驶速度大于70km/h时,轮胎与路面作用形成的花纹噪声是汽车噪声的主要来源,随着社会对交通噪声的日益重视,人们逐渐提高了对汽车噪声控制的要求,分析研究轮胎花纹噪声产生的机理、设计开发低噪声轮胎就显得意义重大而深远。斜纽节距轮胎花纹作为一种新兴的花纹设计样式,具有较高的美观性和力学性能,发出的噪声较柔和,受到专家和用户的好评,同时为开发者提供了广阔的设计空间,逐渐成为业内研究重点。其噪声仿真分析和结构参数优化成为一个重要研究课题。本文首先对轮胎花纹噪声的发声机理进行了系统的研究分析,提出了一种适于计算机仿真分析的轮胎花纹噪声试验模型。在此基础上,针对斜纽节距花纹特点,提出了相应的图像处理和模型建立方法,确立了以噪声的烦恼度、尖锐度、响度和起伏度的感觉为因子的主观评价和三种客观评价,分别为综合评判、美国噪声容许标准线(M曲线)评判和基于感觉噪声级的评判。最后论述了通过免疫遗传算法和穷举法等途径对花纹结构重要参数优化的实现。其中,对斜纽节距的图像分析处理、仿真模型建立和花纹结构参数优化是本文论述重点和创新内容。在已有研究成果的基础上,以功能强大的可视化软件工具Visual C++6.0为平台,开发了斜纽节距花纹低噪分析优化系统,第五章介绍了软件系统的结构体系,其中重点介绍了图像处理和结构参数输入、噪声仿真分析、评价诊断、结构参数优化和基于USB狗的硬件加密等模块的内容。本文的研究与工程实际紧密结合,具有较强的实用性,为低噪声轮胎设计和生产提供了高效的方法与路径。所开发仿真优化软件正向轮胎相关部门推广,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。

【Abstract】 The tread pattern noise cased by the interaction of tire and road makes the chief part of the vehicle noise when car runs at a speed of above 70km/h. As the society pays more and more attention to the traffic noise problem, the requirement to its control is raised gradually. It is of great significance and far-reaching impact to study the mechanism of tire tread pattern noise and to design and develop the low-noise tire tread.The tilted-pitch tire tread with high aesthetic and mechanical properties is an emerging design style and could offer a broad design space. It is welcomed by the specialists and users for subdued noise and has gradually become the focus research in the rubber and tire industry.This article systematically studies the tread pattern noise mechanism and establishes a physical modal which is suitable for the simulation on the computer. Based on the previous research and the characteristic of the tilted-pitch tread pattern, it offers the corresponding image processing and modeling method, establishes the subjective evaluation and objective evaluations. The subjective evaluations is composed with noise annoyance degree、acuity degree、loudness and welter degree. The objective evaluations have three styles which are comprehensive evaluation、the allow- noise standard curve of American(M curve)and the feel noise level evaluation. While the most important and innovative parts are the tilted-pitch tread pattern image processing and modeling method and the structure parameters optimization.With the help of the previous research ,I have developed the tilted-pitch tread pattern low-noise analysis and optimization system on the platform of a powerful software developing tool Visual C++6.0. Chapter 5 introduces the structure of the software system, while the important and detail parts are the image processing, structure parameters input, noise simulation analysis, diagnostic evaluation, structure parameters optimization , the development of the hardware encryption based on USB dog and so on.The study is very practical and closely integrated with projects. It provides an powerful and efficient method for the design and production of the low-noise tire tread pattern. The software is being used by the relevant departments more and more and has achieved great social and economical benefits
