船舶动力系统隔振技术研究

【摘要】 浮筏隔振装置是一种十分有效的减少机械振动噪声传递的装置,它需要根据具体船舶和具体的动力设备进行设计,论文以潜艇的动力设备隔振为研究对象,进行浮筏隔振理论计算分析研究,系统、全面地对影响浮筏减振效果的诸因素,进行了理论计算分析。根据衰减和稳定特性,对单层和双层隔振系统作了分析比较,并根据双层隔振系统的传递函数求得一组反映浮筏隔振系统传递率的各种参数曲线。分析表明,频率大于二次谐振时,双层隔振系统的力传递率与1/ω~4成正比,而在单层隔振系统中最大力传递率与1/ω~2成正比。故双层隔振系统的衰减值较大,充分体现了双层隔振及浮筏隔振的优越性,即使用刚度较大的双层隔振取代柔性较大的单层隔振系统,仍然可以收到很好的隔振效果,从而可兼顾衰减性和稳定性。论文建立了浮筏系统力学模型,并以降低系统结构振动的隔振传递率为目标,对简谐激励作用下浮筏系统的振动特性进行了分析。应用MSC.Patran和MSC.Nastran有限元分析软件,通过对系统主要结构参数的优化,探讨了实现良好隔振特性的途径,得到了有工程实用价值的若干结论。最后研究了潜艇动力舱浮筏隔振装置的隔振性能,将船体与浮筏装置作为一个系统,建立其三维有限元分析模型;以降低船体结构振动能量为目标,从基础刚性与阻尼以及隔振器刚度与阻尼等条件出发,对发动机激励作用下的浮筏装置与船体的振动特性进行了分析;通过系统结构参数的优化,探讨了实现良好隔振特性的途径,为舰船的减振降噪设计提供了依据。

【Abstract】 Raft vibration-isolating unit is an effective device that can isolate the transmission of vibration and reduce structure noise to the base.It need to be designed base on the specific ship and the specific power equipment.Study of this theses is the isolation of power equipment on submarine.With theoretical and computation study,the factors influencing the effect of vibration-isolating are analyzed completely in this paper.Double-staged vibration isolator unit has been compared with single-staged one,its deliver ingrate of force and a group of parameter curves have been obtained based on the characteristics of attenuation and stability.Analysis show the ratio of the delivering rate of the former is in direct proportion to 1/ω~4 when frequencies are higher than second-harmonic vibrator but that of the latter is in direct proportion to 1/ω~2.So the ratio of attenuation of double-staged vibration isolator system is bigger and the superiority of the double-staged isolation and floating raft isolation is fully incarnated.Though we use the large rigid double-staged isolation instead of the weak single-staged isolation system,so we_can get a well isolation efficiency and make a compromise of attenuation and stability.The mechanical model of floating raft is founded and the differential equation is deduced.Moreover,aiming at reducing the isolation transmission of the systemic structure oscillation,in terms of the functional parameters of isolators,the dynamical properties of floating raft system acted by oscillator is analyzed.By the optimization of dominating structural parameters,the approach achieving good vibration isolation features is discussed.So that a series of conclusions valuable in engineering are derived by the studies of theory.Then,a submarine power cabin model equipped with a floating raft is designed.The finite element analysis is carried out with MSC.Patran and MSC.Nastran software and the performance of vibration isolation system equipped with the floating raft installation is investigated.
