A集团技术类人员的3P模型体系研究

【摘要】 A集团是亚太地区领先的企业管理、电子商务应用软件以及解决方案供应商,是全球软件市场中成长最快的独立软件厂商之一。A集团开发及销售企业管理、电子商务、电子政务应用软件和中间件软件。同时,向全球范围内的顾客提供与软件产品相关的管理咨询、技术服务和解决方案。本文在研究A集团基于任职资格-绩效-薪酬激励三位一体的技术类员工3P模型体系的基础上,对技术类人员的职位评估和绩效评价体系进行了重新设计,并设计了模型的薪酬体系。本文首先阐述了相关的研究理论和方法,为下文的论述做好理论铺垫。其次,简要介绍了A集团以及其人力资源队伍现状,同时对A集团的3P模型体系加以简单叙述。然后再此基础上,分别对A集团技术类人员的职位评估体系和绩效评价体系进行详细阐述。重点阐述职位体系的设置及评估方法,以及绩效评价体系的运行及绩效管理的过程及方法,并设计了在实际操作过程中可能运用到的工具或量表。最后,在对技术类人员职位和绩效管理体系的研究基础之上,结合工作实践以及所学理论知识,对技术类人员的薪酬和激励体系加以设计,最终完善了该3P模型。
【Abstract】 The A Company is one-up supplier of enterprise management software and solution in Pacific Asia region. It is also one of the quickest growing up software companies in world software market. A company impolders and sales internet applications of enterprise management,-business and e-government. At the same time, it supplies management consultation, technical services and solution to the customers all over the world. In the dissertation, I plan to study on the 3P model system of A Company, and then I will try to redesign the position evaluation system and the performance appraisal system of technician. Based on this, I will design the pay administration system.At first, this dissertation expounded the correlative theories and knowledge, which is the academic base of the following dissertation.Secondly, the dissertation introduced the A company, and analysed its personnel actuality.Thirdly, the dissertation expatiated the position evaluation system of technician of A company in details.Fourthly, the dissertation expatiated the performance appraisal system of technician of A company, emphases on the circulation of performance appraisal system and how to evaluate performance.Later, based on the study of the position evaluation system and the performance appraisal system of technician, combined with my work experience and knowledge, I accomplished the designation of the pay administration system.How to put this 3P model system into practice was also discussed at the end of this dissertation, it is also the conclusion of this dissertation.
