河南省排球传统项目学校发展现状与对策研究

【摘要】 2006—2013年,是河南省加快推进社会主义现代化进程,全面建设小康社会的重要时期。体育事业作为社会主义现代化建设事业的组成部分,是经济持续发展、社会全面进步的重要标志。竞技体育水平是体育事业发展的主要标志之一,也是河南省政治、经济、教育、文化、科技发展水平的综合反映。体育传统项目学校肩负着为竞技体育培养大批后备人才和为群众体育打下广泛基础的双重任务,为了更好地建设和发展河南省体育传统项目学校,为河南省乃至国家培养更多的优秀竞技体育后备人才,河南省体育局、河南省教育厅共同下发了《河南省体育传统项目学校发展规划》。排球传统项目学校能够在学校中普及推广排球运动,提高学生身体素质,还可以利用学校的教育资源优势使运动员接受良好的文化教育,弥补传统后备人才培养体制下教体分离的缺陷,为国家竞技排球运动培养全面发展的高素质后备人才。本文对河南省排球传统项目学校进行调研,发现其存在的不足,分析原因并提出相应对策,对于推进河南省排球传统项目学校的健康持续发展具有重要意义和作用。本文采用文献法、调查法、观察法、数理统计法、逻辑法,对河南省省、市级排球传统项目学校的发展现状做了调查,分析其存在的主要问题及原因,并提出发展对策,为学校及其主管部门提供参考。本文对河南省排球传统项目学校的调查研究主要包括:分布状况、管理状况、运动队状况、训练竞赛状况、人才培养与输送状况。结果显示:(1)河南省排球传统项目学校中、小学及省、市级数量比例适中,但整体数量少,不利于学校之间组织比赛和经验交流。(2)大部分地市排球传统项目学校的分布出现断层,未形成“小学—初中—高中”层层布点、相互衔接的培养输送渠道。(3)河南省排球传统项目学校的管理模式、运行模式较为落后,省、市主管部门管理机制不健全。(4)河南省排球传统项目学校的训练经费短缺,以学校拨款为主,筹资渠道狭窄。(5)大部分学校的训练场地能够满足日常训练和比赛的需要,少部分学校的训练场地有待改善。(6)教练员以学校教师为主,存在专业不对口现象。教练员职称结构较合理,但缺乏高学历人才,科研能力较低,教练员素质有待提高。(7)运动员参加排球训练的原因呈多元化趋势。兴趣和为锻炼身体是队员参训的主要原因,其次是为多学项技能和想成为优秀运动员。大部分家长支持子女参加训练,少部分持反对态度。(8)校代表队男、女队数量保持均衡,但在训人数少。每周训练次数和时间较充裕,保证了业余训练的连续性和稳定性。校代表队参加比赛次数少、级别低。(9)训练科学化程度低,选材科学性不强,竞技后备人才缺乏。学训矛盾突出。建议:(1)体育、教育行政部门对排球传统项目学校进行严格审批,增加排球传统项目学校的数量,加强不同层次学校的衔接性,形成畅通的人才输送渠道。制定排球传统项目学校评定周期,并定期进行检查评估,评估坚持“优胜劣汰”的原则。(2)拓宽筹资渠道,吸取社会资金,尝试各种联合办学模式,形成多元化运行模式。(3)引进高学历、专业对口教练,鼓励有条件的传统项目学校聘请外教。加强在校教练的进修和培训,提高教练员素质和科学化训练程度。(4)建立不同等级的竞赛制度,充分发挥体育竞赛的杠杆作用,定期举办不同等级的竞赛,使学校竞赛制度化。(5)传统项目学校领导应重视业余训练工作,并将其列入学校工作计划。学校领导、班主任、家长联合出击,共同做好运动员的培养工作。

【Abstract】 2006—2013, it is Henan Province that accelerates advancing socialist modernization driving, build the important period of the well-to-do society in an all-round way. The sport is as part of socialism modernization, it is the important signs of sustained economic development , all-side social progress. Athletics sports level main sign that sport develop one of, Henan Province political, economic, education, cultural, scientific and technological comprehensive reflection of development level too. The traditional project school of sports trains large quantities of reserve talents and double task laying the extensive foundation for masses’ sports for athletics sports bearing , in order to build and develop the traditional project school of sports of Henan Province better, train more outstanding reserve talents of athletics sports for Henan Province and even country, the sports office of Henan Province, Henan Province education department issue " the traditional development plan of project school of sports of Henan Province " together.The volleyball traditional school can popularize and popularize volleyball sports in the school, improve student’s physique, can also utilize the education resource advantage of the school to make student’s athlete accept good culture and education, teach the defect that the body separates under remedying the traditional reserve personnel training system, move and train all-round developing high-quality reserve talents for the national sports volleyball. So investigate Henan Province volleyball traditional project school , find its deficiency existing, analyze the reason and propose the corresponding countermeasure, for advancing health developed continuously and significanting and function of Henan Province volleyball traditional school.Literary grace with the documents , investigation , observing, mathematics and physics statistic, logical methods, have made investigation to the current situations of the development of Henan Province, city level traditional volleyball school, analyze its subject matter and reason existing, and propose the development countermeasure, offer reference for the school and responsible institution.The investigations of this text to Henan Province volleyball traditional project school mainly include: The quantity is distributed, managed state , sports team’s state, trained the contest, personnel training and sending. The result shows:(1)The proportion of Henan traditional volleyball schools between primary and provincial and municipal moderate, but the overall number of schools is not conducive to competition between organizations and exchange of experience; (2)most traditional projects schools in the distribution of faults, do not form a " Primary School - junior high school - high school, "layers of cloth, of interrelated training transmission channels.(3)The model of school management and operation is backward in Henan traditional volleyball school, and the management mechanism is not sound of provincial and municipal departments. (4) The training funds is shortage which is made of school-based funds, and the fund-raising channel is narrow. (5) The number of most schools’training ground is large enough while a small number of need to be improved. (6) Most coaches are school teachers, there is not professional counterparts phenomenon. Coach Title structure is more reasonable, but lack of people of highly qualifications, the research capability is low, so the quality of coaches needs to be raised. (7) The reasons for volleyball players to participate in the training is of diversification. Interest and exercising are the main reason for players to take part in the training , second is to learn more skills and would like to become outstanding athletes. Most parents support their children participate in the training, some less opposed. (8)The number of School Team is balanced, but with a small number of training. The number of training hours per week is so sufficient to ensure the training of amateur continuity and stability. The number of School teams participating in the competition is small and low-level. (9)The scientific training is at a low level and the number of athletic is lack of.Propose: (1)Sports and educational administrative department examine and approve the traditional volleyball school strictly, increase quantity of the traditional volleyball school properly, strengthen the linking up of the different levels school, strengthen the traditional construction of volleyball school.(2)Make the traditional project school and evaluate cycle , check the assessment regularly , assess and adhere the principles of " selecting the superior and eliminate the inferior ". Draw the social fund, widen the fund-raising channel, try various kinds of run a school the mode jointly , form new operating mechanism. (3)Introduce a coach well educatedly, suit to one’s training, encourage the conditional traditional school to engage the foreign teacher. Strengthen a training and training of the coach at school; Improve the degree of scientific trained. (4)Set up the contest system of different grades, give full play to the role of lever of the athletic competition, hold the contest of different grades regularly, make the school institutionalized in contest. (5)Traditional School leaders should attach importance to the project amateur training, and put it into school work plan. School leaders, teachers and the parents should joint together to carry out the work of training athletes successfully. The contradiction between training and study is obvious.
