【摘要】 随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,国内旅游需求不仅在数量上出现巨大增长,而且需求趋向也发生了明显的变化。这表现为人们越来越不满足于传统旅游热点地区的旅游产品,正在将目光转向能够提供舒适、悠闲、静谧环境和满足个性化、生态化、休闲化的旅游边缘地区。同时,游客已经由最初的非理性消费,逐渐走向理性的消费。因此,国内旅游业开始出现热点不热,冷点不冷的发展态势,其中最大的一个特征就是热点地区边缘的旅游业正在迅速地开展起来。所以,进一步加快边缘地区旅游发展理论的研究就显得更为迫切和必要。在我国旅游业的发展过程中,那些资源条件好、区位条件优越、交通条件便利的旅游城市或者旅游景区,即旅游热点地区,已经走向成熟阶段。但在这些地区的边缘,旅游业发展相对滞后,这样就形成了一种普遍存在的核心—边缘旅游空间结构,这样的结构是客观存在的。长期以来,由于我国旅游业的发展目标是追求经济效益的最大化,这样就造成了众多的专家学者对资源条件好、区位条件优越、交通条件便利的旅游热点地区进行了大量的研究,而对位于热点旅游区边缘的旅游地,在理论和实证两个方面都缺乏系统的研究。本文认为,对边缘旅游区进行研究,不仅有利于发挥边缘资源优势、缩小核心旅游区与边缘旅游区差距、全面提高边缘旅游区的经济文化水平,而且也有利于调整和优化边缘旅游地区的产业结构、促进区域旅游平衡发展,进而实现区域旅游业的全面发展。文章在对边缘、边缘区、边缘效应、边缘旅游区、旅游边缘效应等相关概念进行辨析的基础上,首先明确了本文所论述的旅游边缘区,或称边缘旅游区,不仅仅是地学意义上的边界、边际,主要是泛指那些经济社会发展水平较低、区位优势不明显、旅游业发展速度缓慢,但旅游资源禀赋相对较高、未来的旅游发展潜力较大的旅游热点地区的外围区域。边缘旅游区问题的存在是多种因素造成的,也是区域旅游非均衡发展的必然结果,更是我国目前亟待解决的既现实又重要的问题。本文从廓清最基本的概念,构建最基础的理论体系入手,分别对边缘旅游结构、边缘旅游功能、边缘旅游效应、边缘旅游整合以及边缘旅游协作等方面进行了理论性研究,构建出边缘旅游区理论体系最一般的支持理论架构。在此基础上,对每一个支持理论进行了较深入的分析。本文研究的预期目标是,通过边缘旅游相关概念的阐释,确定边缘旅游区理论体系的基本支持理论,并通过对每一个支持理论的具体研究,为边缘旅游区的健康持续发展以及战略制定提供科学依据,并希望在边缘旅游理论的研究上有所突破。本文内容主要分为六个部分:第一部分:简单介绍了选题背景,另外对本文的研究方法、论文的分析框架及技术路线进行了扼要说明。第二部分:对国内外“边缘旅游”的相关研究进行了回顾和梳理,以期从中吸取精华,发现不足,减少研究的盲目性。第三部分:分别针对边缘旅游区理论体系所涉及的多个概念进行诠释,从中界定本文所研究的领域和找到研究出发点。第四部分:这一部分是本文的核心内容,分别就边缘旅游区理论体系的每一个支持理论进行了较深入的分析和研究。第五部分:这一部分是实证研究,结合洛阳地区旅游发展的实际情况,分别从边缘旅游结构、边缘旅游功能、边缘资源整合、边缘效应宽度确定和边缘旅游协作等方面进行了实证研究。第六部分:总结本文的研究重点和主要结论以及研究中存在的不足和下一步研究的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 With economic development and improvement of people’s living standard, domestic tourism demand has not only a huge growth in quantity, but also a significant change in the tend of demand. That is more and more people are no longer satisfied with traditional tourism products of tourist hot spots, and they are turning to fringe areas where it can provide comfortable, leisure, quiet environment and can meet the personal, ecological, recreational tourism. At the same time, travelers have been from the initial non-rational consumption to rational consumption. Therefore, the domestic tourism has appeared a situation that is hot spots are not hot and cold spots are not cold, and the largest characteristics is that the edge of the hot tourism spots is rapidly carried out. So, it is more urgent and necessary that we research marginal areas tourism development theory further.In the process of China’s tourism, the tourist cities or tourist destinations of better resources condition, advantageous location, facilitate traffic conditions, that are called popular tourist destinations, had moved toward a mature stage. But in these areas’edge, the development of tourism has lagged behind relatively, so a common core-edge space structure of tourism has been formed, and such a structure is objective reality. For a long time, China’s tourism development goals are to pursue the maximization of economic benefits, so lots of experts and scholars have done many research on the place of better resources condition, advantageous location, facilitate traffic conditions. At the edge of the hot tourism destinations, the research of both theory aspects and demonstration aspects is lack of systematic research. This article considers that the research of the edge areas is beneficial. The first, playing a marginal resources advantages, the second, narrowing difference of edge and core tourism areas, the third, comprehensively improving economic and cultural levels of edge tourism areas, the forth, adjusting and optimizing industrial structure of the edge tourism areas and promoting the balanced development of regional tourism, finally achieving the comprehensive development of regional tourism.On the basis of the edge, edge areas, edge-effects, the edge of tourism areas, tourism edge-effects and other related concepts discrimination, the article definitudes edge areas of tourist district by the paper, or marginal tourist areas, which is not only the border or the marginal of the geography significance, but also mainly outlying regions of lower levels of economic and social development, not obvious geographical advantages, the slow pace of tourism development, but relatively high tourism resource endowment and larger future tourism development potential in the edge of tourist hot destination. The reasons of edge tourism areas questions have a variety of factors, which is an inevitable result of non-balanced development of regional tourism. And the realistic and important issue of our China is more urgent solved now.On the basis of the most basic concept, the most basic theoretical system, this article has been respectively accomplished theoretical research about edge tourism structure, edge tourism function, tourism marginal effect, the integration of edge tourism resources and edge tourism cooperation. Finally we build general support theoretical framework of the edge tourist theoretical system. Then , for each support theory, we has an in-depth analysis and research. In this paper, through the interpretation of the concepts of tourism-related, it identified the basic support of edge tourism theory system. and research them. The goal is to offer scientific basis about the sustainable development and healthy development. And we want to have a breakthrough of research in edge tourist theory. The paper is divided into six main parts:Part I: Introduction. A brief introduction of topic background, research methodology, analysis framework and technical road. Part II: Research at home and abroad about“marginal tourism”. The goal is that we can find the excellent parts, insufficient research, and so we can reduce the blindness.Part III: Annotation about relative concepts of the edge tourism theory system respectively, from which the field on this paper is defined and starting point is discovered.Part IV: This section is the core content of this paper. The main content is that each support theory of edge tourism theoretical system was in-depth analyzed and researched.Part V: This is a part of empirical research, Combined the actual situation of tourism development with Luoyang region and studied Marginal structure, function, resource integrations, determine the width of the edge and tourism cooperation and so on.Part VI: Summing up the research keystone, the main conclusions, the lack of research on this paper and the next step in the direction of the study.更多还原
