离心式渣浆泵设计与造型一体化模块的开发研究

【摘要】 随着计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术和计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)的不断发展与完善,出现了许多针对于各个行业设计及生产的应用CAD软件,这些CAD软件或是独立运行,或是加载到图形支撑环境中,作为被调用的应用程序来执行特定的操作。泵行业是一个古老而又在不断地向更深方向发展的领域,设计人员或是借鉴原有的优秀的水力模型来进行辅助设计,或是探索优化设计方法,并依靠计算机来完成复杂算法的实现过程。近两年来,随着计算机图形学(CG)和计算机硬件水平的进一步提高,出现了许多专业性较高的三维设计软件,实现了真正意义上的三维设计。但是在泵行业中,泵内流动状况与泵性能之间的关系尚不完全清楚,即使给出了叶轮内的流速分布,设计出的叶片形状也往往不能满足强度、工艺的要求。所以三维设计的理念还没有得到充分运用。三维实体模型是决定整个CIMS系统成败的关键因素,所以得到泵的三维实体模型是完善泵的辅助设计与分析过程中必不可少的一个环节。作为泵行业中的特殊部分,渣浆泵一直是众多学者与设计人员研究的热点,新的理论与设计方法不断出现,这时很需要有一种手段来减轻设计过程的难度,并且可以对设计结果作一定程度上的描述与评估。如果可以把二维设计的结果用三维模型的形式体现出来,并把二维设计过程与实体模型重建过程有机地结合在一起,就产生了独立的CAD模块,也方便了泵CIMS系统中数据的传输。本文作了这样一个尝试,用MDT(Mechanical Desktop)平台作为开发基础,充分运用面向对象的程序设计方法,开发出了渣浆泵的设计与造型模块,开发的结果证实了研究方法的可行性与先进性,也为进一步发展泵CIMS系统提供了有力的帮助。

【Abstract】 With the continual developing and consummating of computer-aided design technology and computer integrated manufacturing system, so much application software for various fields appeared. Some of the computer software worked independently, others were loaded in graphical supporting environment and worked to fulfill special needs as applying programs.Pump industry is age-old but is constantly running towards further applications. Some designers used existed excellent hydraulic models to assist design; others searched optimized design method and recurred to computer to accomplish realizing process of complex algorithm.In these two years, the levels of computer graphics and computer hardware have been further enhanced; much 3D-design software with high specialty has come forth. Real 3D-design has been reached. But in pump industry the relation between flowing status and performance of the pump is still not so clear. What’s more, given that the distribution of velocity around pump vane, the shape of vane we get accordingly still can not fulfill the needs of intensity and techniques. So the 3D-design idea has not been applied entirely in pump industry.3D solid model is the deciding factor of the whole CIMS. In that case, achieving 3D solid model of pump is necessary in the process of consummating pump’s computer aided design and analyzing technology.Being the unique part of pump industry, slurry pump has been studied by so many scholars and designers as a hotspot. New theories and design methods appeared constantly. Under the circumstances, some measure was required awfully to lighten the difficulty of the entire designing process and was used to describe and evaluate the designing results in some sense. If the two-dimensional results could be embodied by 3D model and two-dimensional designing process was integrated with 3D modeling process organically, unattached CAD module would be achieved. That module made data transferring in CIMS of pump convenient simultaneously.An attempt was made in this paper. MDT (Mechanical Desktop) platform was used as development base; as well as object-oriented programming method was applied completely in developing process. Designing and modeling module was accomplished finally. The result proved that the research techniques were feasible and advanced, it also supported the further development of pump CIMS convincingly.
