智能便携式五气分析仪的研究

【摘要】 随着社会对环境的要求越来越高,车辆排气成为城市大气的主要污染源之一,检测汽车的排气污染备受重视,因而国内对汽车检测排放仪器的需求量也越来越大。目前国内五气分析仪器全部依靠进口或组装,现在一般还是使用早期的两气分析仪器,不能满足要求。国内一些有需求的场合,通常都购买进口的分析仪器,其价格昂贵,而且不便于维修和保养,这些设备有些体积庞大,不便于维修和携带,而有些便携式的不但价格极其昂贵,而且其内部传感器不是使用国家排放测量标准所要求的红外光吸收型。本课题在大量研究国外先进五气分析仪的基础上,设计了智能便携式的五气分析仪,采用了先进的单光路红外测量方法,采用CPLD设计数字电路,大大减小了设备的体积,有利于我国环保事业的发展。
【Abstract】 The exhaust of vehicle becomes one of the main source of air pollution now. With the increased demand for environmental ,the devices of gas analyzer are attracting more and more attention. The requirement of gas-analyzer becomes greater in our country. The gas-analyzers made in our country are 2-gas-analyser. The 5-gas-analysers are totally imported from aboard they are very expensive and hard to be maintained. Some of these devices are very huge and heavy. Some portable gas-analyzers are very expensive. For all of above, we developed a portable intelligent 5-gas-analyser to meet national market. We investigate many foreign 5-gas-analyser, and use the advanced single-light-routine system in the infrared system to detect gas. For use of CPLD in the digital circuit, the size of the device became very small.
