【摘要】 绿色是生命之色,象征着生命健康和活力,绿色不仅代表着人类生活环境中的本色,还意味着和谐的生态环境。随着社会经济的高速发展,在人类物质文明大大提高的同时,地球上的资源也在日益减少,地球原本和谐的生态环境也面临着威胁,而这种威胁还在随着全球经济的发展而加剧。正是在这种背景下,20世纪90年代全球兴起了一股“绿色浪潮”。以可持续发展为目标的“绿色革命”正成为各国政府、企业和公众广为关注和共同追求的事业。各种冠以绿色的名词层出不穷,例如绿色产品、绿色消费、绿色设计与绿色制造、绿色物流等。绿色化运动正向各领域渗透。绿色供应链管理正是这种绿色化运动向供应链管理领域的渗透。作为国民经济发展的基础的矿山企业,一直以来沿用着传统的供应链模式,但矿山企业传统的管理开发模式对生态环境产生的负面影响也与日俱增,导致环境的破坏,资源的浪费。在满足人类经济需求的前提下,如何最高效率的利用资源和最低限度的产生污染,成为发展矿山企业需要关注的重要问题,鉴于此,本文将绿色供应链管理理论引入到西部矿山企业中来,主要目的是在绿色供应链理论的指导下,对绿色供应链管理的有关问题特别是构建与实施问题进行探讨,为矿山企业实施绿色供应链管理起到一定的推动和促进作用。从而达到保护环境,促进社会健康发展的目的。本文一共五章,主要围绕着矿山企业绿色供应链管理问题展开论述,通过逻辑推理、比较分析、综合归纳、实证研究等方法,结合矿山企业的行业特点,提出了我国矿山企业绿色供应链管理模式的构建。第一部分首先阐述了选题研究的来源、背景、以及意义,解释了本选题之所以选择矿山企业作为研究对象的原因。接下来,简单地分析了绿色供应链管理在国内外各行业研究的现状,并指出绿色供应链管理在国内各行业的应用才起步,在矿山企业的应用研究更是少而又少,最后,简要说明了本文研究的主要内容,所采用的方法和实施的路线。第二部分是对绿色供应链管理的理论介绍。首先,本文给出了供应链和绿色供应连管理的基本理论,阐述了绿色供应链出现与发展历程,详细介绍了绿色供应链管理的内涵。接着,分析了绿色供应链管理的主要内容和特征,并重点指出了绿色供应链的构成和要素,因为这两点在矿山企业绿色供应链管理模式的构建中都将会被用到。最后详细介绍了绿色供应链管理构建的支撑系统。本章内容主要为矿山企业绿色供应链管理的建立提供有力的理论基础。在第二部分的基础上,第三部分结合矿山企业供应链固有的特点,本文对矿山企业的绿色供应链管理给予界定,阐述了矿山企业绿色供应链的现状以及实施绿色供应链管理的重要性,提出矿山企业绿色供应链管理的内容、目标、支撑和对象,使本文模型建立的思路更加清晰。第四部分着重构建矿山企业的绿色供应链的模型,是文章的重点章节与创新点。这部分首先指出了矿山企业绿色供应链管理模型建立所遵循的一些原则。其次,介绍了矿山企业绿色供应链管理建立的步骤,在步骤设计的基础上,分析绿色供应链的运营环境,从而建立了绿色供应链管理的模型。根据绿色供应链管理的内容,本文具体阐述矿山企业绿色供应链运作流程,最后为达到良好的设计效果,本文从思想转变、加强管理、促进发展等方面介绍实现绿色供应链管理的基本途径。第五部分是所构建模式的实证研究。本部分以西部矿业有限责任公司为实际案例,分析了绿色供应链管理模式在“西部矿业中是如何被具体地应用。首先,简要介绍了西部矿业和其生产商的基本概况。接着对西部矿业的绿色供应链管理的应用进行分析研究,其中主要是对西部矿业的生态工园进行了详细的介绍,这是西部矿业发展循环经济,促进绿色供应链建立的比较成功的实践,最后,对于西部矿业在发展绿色供应链管理方面存在的不足,笔者提出了改革的意见,以实现本文的实践目的和理论意义。绿色供应链管理是一种全新的管理理念,它要求企业着眼于长远利益,以整条供应链为出发点,要求各成员树立起集体协作、信息共享、友好配合的团队精神,这就要求高层领导转变观念,增强企业可持续发展意识。绿色供应链管理的实施,涉及企业的方方面面,不仅需要投入,而且需要改变企业的管理理念,绿色供应链管理的实施时间和实施质量,关系到企业的生死存亡。为减少投入,保证质量和缩短工期,在绿色供应链管理实施中,对企业的领导和员工进行绿色供应链管理的理念培训,形成一种企业文化。本文在借鉴已有的供应链管理理论基础上,结合我国矿山企业现状,提出在矿山企业这一国民经济支柱产业实施绿色供应链管理的前瞻性建议,对矿山企业的绿色供应链管理进行较全面的研究。本文的主要创新点有(1)对矿山企业绿色供应链管理给出明确的概念界定。将绿色供应链理论引入到矿山企业的生产过程,提出矿山企业绿色供应链管理的内容、目标、支撑和对象。(2)设计建立矿山企业绿色供应链管理模型,包括分别基于物流、信息流、资金流的矿山企业绿色供应链,以及全过程绿色供应链管理模型。提出了实现上述所建模型运作效率所需要的环境,以及模型在矿山企业具体运作流程,提出了在矿山企业实施绿色供应链管理的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the color of life, green symbolizes life, health and vitality .Green not only represents the true nature of the ecological environment but also means the human living environment in harmony. With the development of social economics, the human material enhances greatly at the same time. But the earth’s resources are dwindling, and the human environment which meets the needs of human survival and the harmonious ecological environment of the earth is also faced with threats. And such threats are more and more exacerbating with the development of the global economy. Under this background, a global "green wave" rises in the 1990s."green revolution", which set sustainable development as the goal, is becoming the cause which is interested and is been pursuit of commonly by the national government, enterprises and the public, various of the terms named the green are emerging, such as green products, green consumption, green design and green manufacturing, green logistics and so on . Green movement is permeating in various fields. Green Supply Chain Management is precisely the result that t he supply chain management is permeated Green movement.As the basis for the development of the national economy ,mining industry have been used the traditional supply chain model, However, because of the traditional mode of management and development of mining industry ,the negative impact on the ecological environment is increasing steadily, which results in environmental damage and the waste of resources. In order to meet the economic needs of mankind, how to bring about the most efficient use of resources and have a minimum level of pollution is becoming a major issue which the development of mining industry need to pay attention to , In view of this, this article will introduce green supply chain management theory into the mining companies in western of china, the main purpose is the research on issues related to the green supply chain management, especially the construction and the implementation of the green supply chain management under the guidance of the green supply chain theory , plays a certain role to facilitate and promote the construction of the green supply chain management, to achieve the protection of the environment and keep social development healthy.This paper has five chapters, it discusses about the issues on the green supply chain management in mining industry , this paper adopts some methods, such as logical reasoning, comparative analysis, synthesis, empirical research methods. Integrating mining industry characteristics, this paper puts forward the construction of mining industry’s green supply chain. Chapter 1. In this foreword, it expatiates the source of research, the research background and the great significance firstly, it introduces the causes why raining industry is chosen as the study topic. Next, it gives a simple analysis of the current situation about the green supply chain management in various sectors at home and abroad, and points out that the application of the green supply chain in industry at home only started. And the application of the green supply chain management in mining industry is less and less, Finally, In this paper, a brief description of the main contents, the methods used and the implementation of the research road are introduced.Chapter 2. theories about the green supply chain management is introduced. First of all, this paper introduces the supply chain and the green supply management’s basic theory, and describes the green supply chain how to produce and its development process, and this paper introduces the green supply chain management connotations in detail. Then, it analyses the main contents and characteristics of the green supply chain management, and especially the composition and the element of the green supply chain. For these two points will be used in the construction of green supply chain management in mining industry. In conclusion, the article introduces the support system of m the green supply chain management in detail. This chapter provides a strong theoretical foundation mainly for the green supply chain management established in mining industry.The third part is grounded on the second part. Considering the inherent characteristics of the supply chain in mining industry, this paper defines s the green supply chain management in the mining industry. It expounds the status of the green supply chain in mining industry and the importance of the implementation of green supply chain management. This paper puts forward the contents, goals, support and targets of the green supply chain in mining industry, which makes this thinking of the construction of green supply chain management more clearly.Chapter 4.This part focuses on the Construction the green supply chain model in mining industry, which is the focus of articles and the innovation of this paper. Firstly, this part introduces a number of principles that are followed by the establishment of the green supply chain management in the mining industry. Secondly, this paper introduces the steps that are followed by the establishment of the green supply chain management in the mining industry, on the basis of the steps designed, the green supply chain operating environment is introduced, so as to establish the model of the green supply chain management .Based on the content of the green supply chain management, this paper described the processes of the green supply chain specifically. In order to achieve a good effect on the final design, this paper introduces the basic way to achieve the green supply chain management relating to the ideological transformation, strengthen management and promote development.Chapter 5.The last part is the example study of the constructed model. Western Mining Corporation is selected for a case study. This part analyses the green supply chain management how to be used specifically in Western Mining Corporation. First of all, it gives a brief introduce on Western Mining Corporation and its Manufacturers. Then it analyses the application of the green supply chain management in Western Mining Corporation., mainly there is a detailed presentation about its ecological park .Western Mining Corporation adopts the cycle of the economy ,which is the successful practice on the establishment of the green supply chain management. Finally, with regard to the lack of the development of green supply chain management in Western Mining Corporation, the author puts forward the reformat ional view to adjust and perfect corporate governance structure and mechanism to achieve some signification.Green Supply Chain Management is a bran-new management concept, which requires companies focus on long-term interest, takes the entire supply chain as the starting point .and urges all members to establish a collective cooperation, information sharing and friendship with the team. In order to gain their ends, it is necessary to change their concepts and enhance their awareness of sustainable development for high-level Leaders. Relating to all aspects of industry, Green Supply Chain Management implementation not only needs to be invested, but also needs to change the management philosophy. The time and quality of Green supply chain management implementation connect with the survival of enterprises. To minimize investment, ensure the quality and shorten the construction period, enterprise leaders and staff should have the training of the concept of the green supply chain management in the implementation of the green supply chain management, and a corporate culture come into being in succession.The main achievements and new ideas of this paper are as follows:Based on the existing supply chain management theory and integrating the status quo of the mining industry, this paper brings forward forward-looking recommendations about the implementation of the green supply chain management in mining industry which is pillar industries of the national economy in China. This paper has a more comprehensive study on the green supply chain management in mining industry. The main innovation:(1) This paper gives a definition of the green supply chain management in the mining industry clearly. And the theory of the green supply chain management is used in manufacture process in mining industry. And this paper puts forward the contents, goals, support and targets of the green supply chain in mining industry.(2) This paper designs and establishes the model of the green supply chain management in mining industry , including green supply chain based on matter flow, information flow, capital flow, and the model of the whole process in mining industry . The green supply chain operating environment which is necessary to make better operational efficiency sure and the mining operation processes is introduced, and this paper analyses the effective way of the green supply chain management model in mining industry.更多还原
