【摘要】 土地是人类赖以生存和发展的物质基础,人类根据土地资源的特性、功能,通过对土地的使用、保护和改造以获得效益。人类进行土地的利用过程也就是对生态环境的干预过程,这种干预有时是正向的,能改善生态环境,有利于人类健康及自身的发展,而大多数则是负向的,会恶化环境,不利于人类社会的可持续发展。本论文选择的研究对象是山东省南部的滕州市。滕州市经济能够快速发展主要得益于其优越的自然环境和便利的交通条件,保护和进一步提升滕州市的生态环境,是滕州市的立市之本、兴市之基。但随着城市化进程的加快和社会经济的迅猛发展,土地利用与生态建设和环境保护之间的矛盾日益突出,由此带来的诸如用地布局不合理、土地质量下降、生态用地被蚕食、人居环境恶化等一系列问题严重阻碍了土地可持续发展,土地利用与生态环境建设的协调对于社会发展的重要性愈来愈突出。滕州市位于山东省南部,地处淮海经济中心位置,属黄淮冲积平原的一部分。京沪铁路、京福高速公路纵贯全市。这里的自然条件和社会经济发展情况在北方中小城市中很有典型性。本论文以滕州市土地利用现状——土地利用对生态环境的影响——生态环境综合分区——协调土地利用与生态环境对策和建议为主线,以实证研究、数理统计等为主要研究方法,对滕州市土地合理利用与生态环境建设进行了初步研究。正文分五部分。在前面的三部分,作者首先阐述了论文的研究背景和意义:然后以滕州市的有关文献、统计资料为基础,概述了滕州市土地利用变化有关的区域自然条件和社会经济特征:其次,就研究区的基本概况和土地利用对生态环境的影响进行了综述。在第四部分,作者依据前述研究内容,根据滕州市气候、土壤、综合农业区划等基础资料,对滕州市土地合理利用进行了分区设计,初步规划了各区土地利用方向、土地生态——生产功能进行布局。在本文的第五部分,提出协调滕州市土地利用与生态环境的对策。最后得出文章的结论与提出不足。论文以保护和改善生态环境为原则,围绕保障土地资源可持续利用的目标。运用地理学,生态学原理,分析滕州市生态环境现状,通过对滕州市土地利用对环境影响的评价,按照保护优先、兼顾治理的要求,合理安排生态环境建设和环境保护用地,从生态环境保护角度为滕州市土地利用总体规划提供对策措施,以确保土地资源的永续利用,实现社会文明、资源节约、生产发展、生态良好的目标,使经济、人口、资源、环境协调发展。更多还原
