【摘要】 人力资本空间集聚,是第二次世界大战以来世界各国各地区区域经济的显著特征。人力资本空间集聚有其自身的时空演变过程和形成机理,不仅促进人力资本自身投入产出效益的提高,而且对于延长产业价值链、增强产业集聚效益、优化区域经济结构、促进区域经济增长都有着极为重要的理论和现实意义。人力资本的空间分布是决定其整体使用效率的一个重要因素,如何提高人力资本的空间集聚效益,强化人力资本集聚对经济发展的支撑作用对我国在知识经济时代的发展至关重要。本文以山东为例首先对人力资本时空进程进行了分析,以期探寻人力资本空间演变模式与规律。人力资本空间集聚有其自身的进程,在时间上经历了从均衡分布、集聚加速、集聚停滞等阶段,在空间上体现为由内陆向沿海集聚、由农村向城市集聚、由山地丘陵区向平原区集聚的过程。继而分析人力资本空间集聚机理,以探寻人力资本空间集聚的真正动因。最后本文从微观、中观、宏观三个层次来分析人力资本空间集聚效应,其目的是为了探寻优化人力资本空间结构,促进人力资本合理集聚的正确途径。首先对人力资本集聚的国内外研究现状作了简要概括,然后对相关理论进行了综合述评,在此基础上提出了人力资本空间集聚的界定与量化标准。最后说明了本文的研究目的、意义与方法。在人力资本空间集聚过程的研究中主要从时间和空间两方面来分析人力资本的空间集聚过程。在此基础上总结了山东省人力资本集聚的时空特征以及现状分布。人力资本空间集聚机理是为了探寻人力资本空间集聚的动因。分别从人力资本载体自身的易流动性、人力资本集聚规模效益、人力资本投资收益率的地域偏差、人力资本集聚路径的多元化四个方面来分析了人力资本空间非均衡配置的推动力。最后,运用定量手段进行了人力资本空间集聚的影响因素分析及类型划分。人力资本空间集聚效应是本文的研究重点之一。主要从微观、中观、宏观三个层面出发,运用定性和定量相结合的方法,深刻地分析了人力资本集聚对个人与企业、产业集群、区域经济的发展所产生的效应,以期丰富人力资本集聚的实践应用。最后进行了人力资本空间集聚的综合效应分析。最后,从山东省社会经济发展状况和人力资本分布格局入手,提出优化人力资本空间结构,促进人力资本合理集聚的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spatial gather of human capital is a remarkable characteristic in regional economy of different countries and regions in the world after the world warⅡ. Human capital spatial gather has unique spatio-temporal process and formative mechanism, it not only can promote the input-output efficiency of human capital, but also has important academic and practical meaning in prolonging the industrial value chain, swelling industrial cluster benefit, optimizing the industrial structure and advancing the regional economy. Spatial distribution of human capital is an important factor which determines the holistic efficiency. It is very important that how to promote the spatial gather benefit of human capital and intensify the support effect human capital put on economic development in knowledge economy times.Taking Shandong as an example, the paper analyzes the spatio-temporal process of human capital in order to seek the evolutive pattern and rule. Human capital spatial gather has its own process: it experiences a series of periods such as balanced distribution, accelerated gather, stagnant gather in time; it experiences a series of courses such as from inland to coastland, from rural to urban, from highland to plain in space. Then, we analyze the gather mechanism of human capital in order to find the genuine causes of spatial gather. In the end, the paper analyzes the gather effect from microcosmic, medium, macroscopic lay which aim is inquiring the approaches that optimize the spatial structure and promote the reasonable gather of human capital.Firstly, a brief review on investigative status at home and abroad. Then, correlative theories are remarked comprehensively. Basing on it, we make a scientific definition and quantitative standard of human capital spatial gather. In the end, we explain the investigative aim, sense and method of the paper.The spatial gather process of human capita analyzes the gather process from time and space. On the basis, we summarize the spatio-temporal characteristics and status distribution of human capital spatial gather in Shandong province.The gather mechanism of human capital is inquiring the genuine reason of human capital space gather. We analyze the impetus of imbalanced distribution from easy liquidity of human capital carrier, scale effect of human capital, regional warp of investment return ratio, multiplex gather route of human capital. At last, we analyze the factors which influence the spatial gather of human capital and process the regional type division.The gather effect of human capital is the paper’s key. Adopting qualitative and quantitative means, we analyze profoundly the effect which human capital spatial gather put on individual and enterprise, industrial cluster, regional economy from microcosmic, medium, macroscopic lay. The aim is to enrich the practical application of human capital gather. At last, we summarize the general effect of human capital gather.At the last, the paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions, which will optimize the spatial structure and promote the reasonable gather of human capital from societal and economic status and human capital distribution in Shandong province.更多还原
