【摘要】 随着可持续发展作为一种新的发展观被绝大多数国家所接受,坚持经济、生态环境、社会互相协调,持续发展,把发展同保护资源放到同等重要的地位成为全球的共识。为实现可持续发展的理论向实际应用的转变,可持续发展的研究必然落实到具体的区域。区域可持续发展系统所涉及的诸要素的流动与布局都要通过空间载体来实现的。只有空间上的可持续才能带来时间上的可持续。本文以山东省17地市为研究空间,根据区域可持续发展理论,运用模型方法针对山东区域可持续发展系统空间结构表现出的结构特征进行了全面的分析研究,并试图探索优化的对策。论文共分了四个部分对山东可持续发展系统空间结构进行研究。首先是引言和区域可持续发展系统的理论阐述(第一、二部分),然后以山东省17地市为例,对可持续发展水平及综合平衡组合类型空间结构特征进行了归纳总结(第三部分),最后提出了优化山东可持续发展系统空间结构的对策(第四部分)。文章在定量分析可持续发展水平及协调性程度时,在构建3大类27项指标的基础上,利用层次分析法确定指标权重,对17地市可持续发展水平及经济、社会、生态环境协调度进行评估,根据评估结果对各地市可持续发展水平及综合平衡组合类型进行了空间结构类型的划分及空间特点的总结,得出结论:山东可持续发展水平大体呈现出东部向西、南、北递减的空间格局;山东可持续发展系统平衡协调性呈现出东部沿海地区可持续发展系统平衡协调型较好,胶济铁路沿线向南北两侧减弱,西部的聊城、菏泽最弱;山东可持续发展系统可持续发展水平较高的地区综合平衡组合类型较好,中部中等可持续发展水平区综合平衡组合类型次之,西部地区可持续发展水平弱的地区综合平衡组合类型最差,为初级阶段和贫困区。山东可持续发展系统可持续发展水平较高的地区综合平衡组合类型较好,中部中等可持续发展水平区综合平衡组合类型次之,西部地区可持续发展水平弱的地区综合平衡组合类型最差,为初级阶段和贫困区。通过山东17地市可持续发展系统空间结构的研究,不仅可以更详细的了解可持续发展系统的空间结构特征,更为促进山东经济、社会、生态环境子系统间的协调发展,优化山东可持续发展系统的空间结构政策提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sustainable development as a new development concept was accepted by the most countries,the concept that persists the economy, the ecological environment, the society mutually coordinate, continues to develop, puts the development with the protection resources to the equally important status becomes the mutual recognition of the Whole world. In order to realize the transformation of sustainable development theory to the practical application, the research of sustainable development inevitably carries out the concrete region. The region sustainable development system involves various essential factor’s flowing and the layout must realize through the spatial carrier. Only then in the space sustainable can bring in the time sustainable. According to the region sustainable development theory,with 17 places cities of Shandong Province , this article utilizes the model and analyzes the structure characteristic which displays in view of the Shandong region sustainable development system spatial structure, and attempts to explore the optimized countermeasure .The paper was divided four parts to Study on spatial structure of sustainable development system in Shandong. First is the introduction and the region sustainable development system’s theory elaboration (first, second part), then take the Shandong Province 17 prefectures as the example, horizontal and the overall balance combination type spatial structure characteristic carried on the induction to the sustainable development to summarize (the third part), finally proposed optimized the Shandong sustainable development system space structure the countermeasure (the fourth part).When quantitative analysis of sustainable development level and coordinative degree, on the basis of Construction of three categories in the 27 indicators, the article uses AHP definite index weight, to 17 places sustainable development level and the economy, the society, the ecological environment cooperates the dispatcher to carry on the appraisal, horizontal and the overall balance combination type has carried on the spatial structure type division and the spatial characteristic summary according to the appraisal result to the various prefectures sustainable development, Concluded: Shandong sustainable level of development showing a general east to west, north and south of the spatial pattern of decline; Shandong sustainable development system balancing and co-ordination of the eastern coastal areas showing a balance of sustainable development system better-coordinated, Jiaoji Railway to the north and south sides weakened, the western part of Liaocheng and Heze weakest; Shandong sustainable development system of sustainable development in higher levels of the overall balance combination type showing better balance, the central middle-level sustainable development of the overall balance combination type showing next best, the western region of the weak level of sustainable development in the worst types of he overall balance combination type, For the primary stage and poor areas.Through Shandong 17 places sustainable development system space structure research, not only may the more detailed understanding sustainable development system’s spatial structure characteristic, more promote the Shandong economy, social, Ecological environment subsystem’s coordinated development, optimizes the Shandong sustainable development system’s spatial structure policy to provide the basis.更多还原
