【摘要】 水果是人们生活的重要食品。由于其营养丰富、食用价值高,深受消费者欢迎。随着人们收入的提高,对果品的需求将越来越大。果树产业是指以国内水果为生产经营对象的经济实体的总称。果树产业占种植业相当大的比重,对帮助农民增收致富,促进农村经济发展发挥重要作用。果树产业发展是指果树产业的产生、成长和进化过程,即整个果业经济的进化过程。SWOT分析法是指在选择产业发展战略前,通过对产业内部的优势(Strengths)和劣势(Weaknesses),以及外部环境的机会(Opportunities)和威胁(Threats)进行综合分析,从中得出相应的结论,并据此对备选战略方案做出系统评价,最终选出几种适宜战略的方法。本文根据长三角经济一体化发展需要,从长三角果树业发展的现状出发,以长三角果树业为研究对象。以果业发展和SWOT分析理论为基础,在查阅大量文献与实地考察的基础上,用定性分析的方法,研究了长三角果树业发展存在的内在优势与劣势,外部环境所存在的机会与威胁。在此基础上,本文有针对性地提出了长三角果树业可持续发展对策,以期使长三角果树业向着健康持续的方向发展。主要研究结果如下:1.全面分析长三角果树业发展的自然和社会条件。通过对长三角果树生产面积和产量、品种结构和布局、科技、设施栽培、市场营销、加工、产业发展基础的调查,摸清了长三角果树业发展的现状和背景。2.在此基础上,采用SWOT理论模型,对长三角果树产业发展的现状进行了SWOT分析,建立SWOT矩阵,运用系统分析的综合分析方法,提出长三角果树产业发展的可选择策略。研究表明,长三角地区果树的发展具有一定的产业基础,已具有较大产业优势和较强市场竞争力。只要依托优势资源,解决自然和人为的问题,发展果树产业一体化是完全可以的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fruit is very important in our daily life. It is nutritious and popular. As people’s income increases, so does the demand of fruit. Fruit planting industry is about all economic organizations, which operated domestic fruits. Fruit industry development is an evolvement of the fruit economy. The SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity and threat) theory is an analytic method to bring forward the feasible countermeasures of industry development by analyzing its interior strengths and weaknesses, as well as the exterior opportunities and threats.According to the demand of economic development and in allusion to the status quo of fruit industry, the paper will regard Yangtze River Delta’s fruit industry as the research object. On the basis of referring to a great deal of literature and visiting some main fruit growing regions, it found out the practical conditions of fruits development in Yangtze River Delta. In the light of the systematically analytic method of the SWOT, it probes into the development of fruit industry in Yangtze River Delta, including the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats which are confronted with by using the qualitative analysis. Based on the analysis, it puts forward its countermeasures in order to develop fruit industry in Yangtze River Delta in an health as well as sustainable manner. The main results were as follows:1. We completely analyzed the natural and the social conditions. By investigating the local fruits areas, fruits fields, the makeup and overall distribution of fruits varieties, science and technology, greenhouse planting, germplasm resources, the market, the production and organization style, we found out the status quo and background of fruit industry in Yangtze River Delta.2. We analyzed its strengths , weaknesses, opportunities and threats by using the SWOT theory, and then brought forward its feasible strategic countermeasures by using systematically analytic method after establishing the SWOT matrix. The study showed that there are definite basis and advantages to develop fruits industry in Yangtze River Delta.It is entirely feasible to develop fruits industrialization as long as we can make good use of resources advantages and solve the natural and the artificial problems.更多还原
