自动绘制等值线生成算法的研究及其在水情系统中的应用

【摘要】 随着计算机技术的迅速发展,等值线的研究和绘制也应用到了越来越广泛的领域,尤其是在防汛系统技术领域内等值线图已成为应用极广的一种图形。所谓绘制等值线就是在二维平面上,把大量离散的、又具有一定规律的几何量值或物理量值,用数学的方法插值并将具有相同量值的点转换成图形的过程。它是数据与图像的结合,使技术人员能够很好地看到数据变化的趋势,直观地看到计算机模拟的结果。等值线作为反映量变化的一种方法,广泛应用于现代科学研究,是一种常用而有效的表达方法,特别是在防汛系统中等值线的应用非常广泛,通过绘制出的等值线图,可以非常直观地了解掌握实时降雨量信息等。重庆水情管理系统(以下简称水情系统)是重庆市水文水资源勘测局信息化建设的一个重要项目。本项目是为了配合8位数站码的实施提高水情值班和水情数据处理的效率,而开发的一套先进的、高效的、高度集成的水情软件,涵盖当前多个功能单一基于5位数站码的水情软件并对其功能加以提升。具体内容分为管理控制、报文处理、值班作业、数据查询、短信平台、PA计算、墒情统计分析和预报及相关业务八个方面。其中墒情统计分析和预报子系统主要是绘制等值线图,反映重庆的实时降水量信息,实时准确地实现雨水情信息的查询。在汛期,相关政府部门需要即时了解掌握实时降雨量信息,通过查询相关历史数据,进行有效地分析,以便事先做出预测,确保准确及时的处理,减少或降低灾害天气对经济建设的影响。因此如何既能通过生动、直观的图形化方式反映降水的时空分布规律,又能方便地进行空间数据分析、防汛预报等成为水情防汛系统开发中的一个重要部分。对于等值线的绘制目前已有许多等值线绘制算法,包括离散数据的插值与拟合,等值点的计算,等值线的追踪及追踪过程中的异常控制,等值线区域的填充等等。尽管前人已经对等值线的绘制做了很多年的研究,但是对于边界问题上的处理至今还没有比较成熟的算法,因此绘制出的等值线精度不高。本系统针对重庆市的地形及降水量情况,提出一种应用于水情系统的等值线自动绘制方法。本方法的创新点是在边界处理方面提出了采用三角剖分逐步逼近边界线的方法,对拟和后的等值线进行边界处理,同时实现了热点查询。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of computer technology, research and drawing of isoline has be applying to wide range of areas, particularly in the field of Flood Control System, isoline map has been wide applied chart.The so-called isoline map drawing is the process of interpolation with mathematical methods and converting points with the same value into chart, using large number of discrete and regular physics or geometry data in two-dimensional plane. It is the combination of data and figure, so that technical staff can easily find the trends of changing data, get the results of computer simulation intuitively. As a method to reflect value change, isoline was widely used in modern scientific research, and is a common and effective expression method, particularly in the flood control system this method is widely used. Through isoline map, you can have a very intuitive understanding of real-time rainfall information.Chongqing Water Management System(hereinafter referred to water system), is the Chongqing Municipal Hydrology and water Resources Survey information construction of an important project. The project is in line with the Implementation of eight digital code software , and further enhance the efficiency of hydrological data processing and hydrology monitoring. The project should be an advanced, efficient, highly integrated software , covering current hydrological stations’ single function what based on five digital code software. The specific contents include management, handling of message, Operating on duty, data query, moisture statistical and analysis, messaging platforms, PA calculation and forecasting. Statistical analysis and forecasting subsystem mainly draws up the isoline,reflected Chongqing’s real-time rainfall information, real-time realizes the rain state of the water information inquiry accurately. In the flood season, the relevant government departments need to carry out effective analysis through immediate understanding of real-time rainfall information and the enquiries of related historical data, so as to make a prediction to ensure that accurate and timely treatment to reduce or decrease the impact on economic construction.induced by disaster weather . So, as a key part of flood prevention system, it is important to lively and intuitively reflect the temporal and spatial distribution by graph, convenient analysis spatial data, and accurately forecaste the flood state.There are many isoline rendering algorithm at the present time, including discrete data interpolation and fitting, the calculation of equivalent points, contour tracking, abnormal control in the tracking, the filling of the regional equivalent and so on. Although A lot of research has been done with the isoline drawing, the treatment about boundary issue has not relatively mature algorithm yet, so the precision of isoline map is limited.Giving the terrain and rainfall conditions in Chongqing, a isoline mapping method is propose based on the previous studies. The new way what apply to hydrological system can draw isoline map automatically. It is a innovation to approache the boundary line gradually using the method of triangulation to deal with boundary issues, process boundary of fitting isoline and achieve hot point enquiries.
